I have stayed at Jacob Samuel 3 or 4 years ago. I liked it so I gave it another try but this time... !!!! At arrival without even requesting it, they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room ( I had the small comfort room) Amazing comfortable very clean room, great nespresso coffee machine, beautiful balcony with chairs. Very comfy bed, bathrobe, sleepers and anything you need. They would add more coffee pods everyday and give me complementary bottles of water everyday as well. What crowned the stay as best ever was the fact that check out time was 11am. My flight was at 11pm that day. I asked the manager Yaniv if I could have a late check out expecting to be granted an hour or 2 at the most. Well to my delight he offered me to move to a smaller room but i could stay as long as I needed, meaning I could rest and leave right to the airport, at the time I needed to. That is called going the extra step to help a guest. i was so happy I can recommend this place to anyone for sure and looking forward to staying there again. - Clean, modern rooms - Located right on Dizengoff street near bars and restaurants which made going out in the evening very convenient - Breakfast is not served by the hotel, instead you get vouchers for two breakfast spots right next to the hotel, both were great (one has American style breakfast and the other super tasty sandwiches).

- This is a boutique type hotel so everything is very small, including the rooms, which was fine for us but it needs more places to put your stuff on, like shelves, little tables, something in the bathroom etc. - On our first night there was some construction going on outside (they were working on the new subway lines from what we understood) and the sound in the room was quite loud due to no proper soundproofing. - A few times, in the middle of the night, the shower started dripping all of a sudden, even though it was properly turned off, and it was loud enough that it woke us up. We couldn't stop it so we placed some towels right underneath to cancel the noise. It would stop on its own after a while but still, quite disturbing.

Great location, great staff, we got an upgrade for a room with a balcony.. thank you for that 🙏very comfortable bed ,great shower pressure, really great home automation ( lighting, climate, curtains).

The room is very small as well as the wardrobe… long dresses would not fit properly in there )) although quite modern some renovations would be welcomed ;)

Breakfast: The American restaurant was good. The 'French' restaurant did not offer breakfast! They offered either a sandwich + a coffee OR one croisant + coffee, neither of which is 'breakfast'.

We could have been placed in a room where the balcony was not in full sun (hotel only half full on our arrival). Balcony next best thing to useless as no shade.

The hotel is conveniently located on Dizengoff street within 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and with many shops and restaurant nearby. The room is nicely decorated, with coffee machine and water available. Breakfast is served in 2 nearby restaurants, reception will provide a voucher for you. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, better to reserve a table in advance as it is always busy: they serve nice meals and the ambience is friendly.

Allow you some extra time for check in and check out, especially if you have specific request on your invoice.

The room is tiny but very nice decorated and bathroom is very comfortable. Safe available, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary caps, water also available. I could store the luggage while I was walking around the city. The restaurant seems also nice and very popular but I did not eat there because no table available (you should ask in advance). Wi-Fi is working well and no password is needed. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the sea, which I recommend for a nice walk.

Great location, very friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms and relatively spacious for TLV. room cleaned daily and stuff helped us with transportation to airport with a very good deal.

there is no lobby to meet guests in. but there are plenty coffee shops around to sit in. as it is a very small hotel they don't have a gym or a pool (But who needs a pool if you are 5 minutes walk from the beach)

Had the best time! Staff was so sweet and helpful during my stay!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay somewhere clean, cute, and in a nice area of Tel Aviv. Thank you to Maria for being so helpful during my stay!

Location is perfect, steps from wide range of cafe's, restaurants, pharmacy, beach just a 5-10 minute walk and they will happily give you beach towels :) Room is well equipped slippers, proper hairdryer, toiletries, coffee machine etc.. Staff are super friendly and helpful, its is a small, modern, city hotel with a bar, restaurant, it is really a great choice, I have stayed 3 times..

such warm staff with great rooms. the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the housekeeping do a great job every day. such a comfortable hotel with a great bar/ restaurant downstairs. management upgraded me and really looked after me the whole stay. a great all round experience

the views aren’t great but that’s to be expected with the great location.
