Very nice and cosy hotel. Although the main theme of the hotel is rather different to call it cosy; I believe it still responds to wide range of customers, since it has different design rooms for any taste. But I would like to emphasize the quality of design and attention to each details that make this hotel very unique and chic. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially in this very dangerous period (7.10.2023 - 10.10.2023), during the actual war, the staff took great care of each guest. They did the best to make sure the guests are safe and even transferred all the guests in other, in much safer hotel (also a member of Brown Hotels). I really hope, this war will end soon and they all will be safe, and live in peaceful country.

Mainly the location was perfect (unless you want the beach everyday). Bed was so comfortable I slept very well. Staff were super helpful! Free Tea/Coffee and cold water dispenser in lobby. Welcome drink in room! Rooftop terrace was a relaxing oasis with chill-out music in the hot city. Spa tub was nice to cool off in. Room always made like new every day.

Jacuzzi tub took ages to fill. Wi-Fi could be faster. Would like to see plastic/paper recycling points and policy of not changing towels every day would help be more environmentally friendly. Not much storage if you are 2 people in the room, it was ok for 1 person.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They happily recommend something to do, how to get there or a place to eat at. The rooms look cool. It shows that they’ve put some efforts in making them unique. The location is great. A few steps from Rothschild Boulevard and plenty of eating options.

The rooms are very small. We were traveling with 2 carry-ons and we struggled opening them at the same time without using all the floor space. It’s not particularly problematic, we used the hotel to sleep, mostly. But do expect a smaller than usual room size. The view is horrible! Some back of buildings with lots of trash. I understand it’s not the property’s fault and they can’t do much about it. maybe higher floor rooms get a nicer view. Our curtains were just closed the whole time.

Disclaimer: I've been there when the actual war broke out. So breakfast wasn't on the top of my priorities. The free coffee in the lobby is really good though. Staff did an AMAZING job making everybody make and feel safe. Kinda weird, but I felt comforted by the free water and snacks that were handed to me during alarms in the staircase. We were evacuated the next day to BoBoBrown of the same chain because it was safer. Since our flight back to Germany was cancelled they gave us a HUGE discount.

Nothing. This hotel's staff literally worked to save my life.

Really great reception staff, especially the guy who checked me in: despite the late hour he took the trouble to respond to all my requests and questions, found another room for me at my request, and generally made me feel comfortable. The lady on the last day was also very friendly and interested to know how I'd enjoyed my stay.

Room quite cramped, not enough floor space, not enough space for clothes — the bed was very comfortable but too big for the room. It was nice to have tea and coffee in reception but would be better to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room too. Desk area also very cramped and not enough light — maybe a bulb needed changing?

Let's just say that I loved the hotel right from the beginning. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and the check-in process went so smoothly that I was getting a good nights rest in no-time. An even better suprise were the bottle of wine and the bottles of water waiting for me in my hotel room. Also the location of the hotel (in the middle of the city, great if you want to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife) is just amazing. Besides the hotel itself, the staff was amazing too. A special thanks is in order for Noa who really went the extra mile by helping me out with questions and giving me recommendations for things to do inside and outside the city. Keep it up! I'll definitely be back for another visit in the future.

Checking in was easy and a quiet room was accommodated. We found Izzy the receptionist very knowledgeable, kind and informative. She went out of her ways to spend time showing us areas of interest and how to get there on the map.

We wish on our first day a staff person could have talked to us of the easiest way to the beach. On our last day we wanted to order a taxi but was told we would have to download the Gett app which our iPhone wouldn’t download thru the Hotel wifi. We had to walk to the train Station with our backpacks and two suitcases. Wonder if some help could have been given by staff??

Really well located, with a small convenience store just under the building, staff was really helpful and friendly, room was clean, I arrived in the Jewish New Year, so there were a few treats in my room waiting for me - really kind. People here complained about the size of the room, yes it is small, but for me as a solo traveller it was perfect. Would definitely come back and recommend it!

Nothing to complain about :)

Cleaning team were fantastic, every day the room and bathroom were immaculate. Fresh towels, bed done, generally tidied up. Nice touch with free beers and espresso coffees at the reception and 2 cocktails in the room. It was quiet at night, even though hotel was on a busy street.

Room was indeed tiny. It would be perfect for a quick stay, but for 6 nights it was slightly uncomfortable, there is only a tiny space where you can hang couple of your shirts and the space is so limited that you weren't able to open your suitcase fully. TV is not really smart, you can't connect your ipad or phone, no netflix, YouTube wasn't working. Also, very very dark.

Good location, in a hipster area. Interesting decorations, nice rooftop, staff eager to help with any problem. Lots of nice touches, like a note and candies on the bed, complimentary water and a bottle of very good red wine. Good quality slippers, bathrobe, pretty much everything you might need. Special thanks to Izzy, who gave us many tips on what to visit and helped us have a great stay!

The industrial style is taken a bit too far, to the point in which I wasn’t sure if the floors were clean or not.
