The location is great, right on the beach. The staff was polite and helpful. The bed very comfortable and great shower.

Not all rooms have views, some face the inner courtyard like an aquarium atmosphere. And some have no windows at all from I’ve seen in there site. The first room I got had low ground half windows and smaller than published on site ,even though I’ve asked and paid for a deluxe room with city views. I returned to desk and got a better and bigger room with bigger windows and view. So be sure to pick the right kind of room for you.

The hotel was renovated very nicely. Nice size room. Beautiful bathroom. The staff in the dining hall were excellent. They always had a smile and tried their best to please.

The hotel is hosting many evacuees from the north. They have taken over the hotel. It takes away from the vacation vibe. We paid more for a room with a window but it's a waste of money. The window in our room was tiny and not at eye level. The dining room is in the lobby. No sure why. It was so noisy because of the echo. It was cold in the evening while we were dining because the doors to the hotel were always open.

I had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better – just a quick stroll across the street and you're right at the beach. It was so convenient to have the beautiful shoreline just steps away. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, always friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beach with ease and receive top-notch service!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Opera Herbert Samuel! We stayed for four days, received a room upgrade, and truly enjoyed the hotel and all that it had to offer. The highlights of our stay were the kind hotel staff, the amazing location, the amenities with a lovely infinity pool overlooking the beach, the breakfast with a wide selection of local delights and the beautiful hotel interior with super comfortable rooms. This upscale hotel is located in the best area of Tel Aviv, right at the beautiful sandy beach, and our room had a great view of the beach from our balcony - it felt like we were on the beach surrounded by the palm trees when lounging on our balcony. Jaffa Old Town and the Carmel market are but a short bike ride or nice walk away. The lovely beach promenade and bike path are right in front of the hotel, too. The hotel had bikes available for guests to use, and we biked along the beach promenade and to Jaffa on several occasions during our stay. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional, and especially Shy at the front desk stood out for his exceptional professionalism, cordiality and customer friendliness. We felt very welcome and well taken care of while staying there.

Excellent location for the beach. Hotel had a small/boutique 'feel'. Staff were excellent - so very helpful. We had booked a hotel near-by but did not like it, so moved to this one immediately after having checked in/out of the other hotel. Herbert Samuel team were very understanding and were able to confirm the room, while we sat in the lobby. No fuss - just high quality service. Room was very clean - excellent. We booked a balcony room (room 444) which has a very large balcony - again, excellent. We are already planning a trip back to Israel and will certainly be staying here again.

The hotel location is excellent. The internal room are tiny with no windows and actually look onto the breakfast buffet. pictures of the pool make it look appealing, sadly this is the biggest disappointment. the pool area is reason not to visit this hotel.

THE POOL AND POOL AREA. Tiny Rooms like jail cells, with no windows. i couldnt stay in my room and had to upgrade to a bigger room with a window.

When you look at the huge building you think it is one of the many hotels with hundreds of rooms and crowds everywhere, but instead to your pleasant surprise you discover that Opera Samuel occupies only a few floors, has a large lobby and airy breakfast plaza. There is no crowd at all. And then Shai and Moti at the front desk are ready to welcome you with courtesy and helpfulness. All other services are of high quality.

I missed a greater choice of fresh fruit. Improvement on this is desirable.

The property is in an incredible location right next to the ocean. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff is very kind and accommodating. You will have endless choices for incredible food for breakfast! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The location is excellent, close to the best beaches and the city, a square , the place where the old opera house used to be. You can make any sport on the beach , meet young people from Tel Aviv and all over the world. Very good restaurants within walking distance

The pictures of the rooms represent probably one room at the corner, our room was quite small, but with balcony and an excellent view on the beach up to old Jaffa. The smell in the gangway was strange , the gangway in a very old style.

Extremely clean and high quality, comfortable rooms and beds, great breakfast too. Location is sensational right at the beach, also only around 10-15min walk to the famous markets and Shenkin st etc.

Air con wouldn’t turn off in our room so it was too cold but we were given a free upgrade for the trouble, staff handled the issue seamlessly. The pool is too small for busy periods but at least the beach is right there.
