The hotel is in a good location and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was modern and clean. I’d come back! It’s a great hotel.

There could’ve been more light. Also for foreigners who have never experienced sirens, it would be great if the staff tells you during checkout where to go in case of sirens.

The property location is amazing, the rooms are far more bigger than on pictures. Rooms are bright, with dar curtains for night sleep. You can find bathroom amenities fully available- shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, vanity kit, home shoes, bathrobe. The room has a coffee machine, with very tasty coffee. The room also has small wardrobe where to put your things, 2 chairs and enough mirrors. The design is very modern and makes you feel great. Breakfast 10/10: Everybody will find anything they wish: Strawberries, passion fruit, sweets, salads, salmon, much bread variety, sweet, salty and much more. Juices, coffee and snacks also available all day long at the hotel included in price, which is super comfortable. The breakfast also included the hot dishes meniu on side with great Shakshukas, pancakes, eggs and much more. The Hotel interior is beautiful, cosy. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towel also. Hotel staff was very friendly, asnwered all our questions nicely and gave advices. Thank you. Welcome gifts were amazing ❤️

Room 333- the water from shower goes all away on the floor; because of poor construction. You cant have a long shower, cause otherwise , you going to flood all bathroom. The gums of shower are covered with mold, which also isnt quite nice. Toilet brush is in horrible condition- totally needs to be changed already. For lightsleepers- Sound isolation in hotel is poor, we had nice neighboors, but we could hear them talking in the evening, same as sounds of street, but it’s Tel Aviv - noisy 24 hours :)

We loved it! Always trying to find the perfect hotel when I am in Tel Aviv and the Muse comes quite close to it. Very stylish, very special design and the breakfast as well as the Thursday happy hour is a ten out of ten. Very delicious with a lot of fresh ingredients. Our room was so airy, spacious, clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. I am such a fan of the "no carpet" solution, feels so much cleaner and better. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything you want to see and 2 minutes to the beach. Really enjoyed to sit in the lobby where you have breakfast and watch the streetlife. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Would be a nice feature if smoking was allowed in the courtyard but I understand the issue.

Location is perfect! 2 minutes from the sea. The hotel is small and cozy, with a beautiful and stylish modern design. Breakfast is perfect! Coffee mashine, different sorts of tea, milk and its plant alternatives available all day long at the lobby + drinking water + small biscuits 🥰 Very friendly and helpful staff We liked it a lot and will definitely stay there again when we come to Tel Aviv

Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and excellent quality. Salmon, salad, eggs, french cheeses, fresh baked breads, shakshuka, belgian waffles and much more..... really fantastic! Unlimited high quality fresh tea and coffee, all day long, fantastic! Also the happy hour on Thursday is highly recommended, with high quality free food and wine for all guests. The staff is amazing, they are all super nice and helpful.

The pillows were so-so. And you can't arrange the room temperature very well. And the bathroom floor gets quite wet after using the shower. But these points really are minor details compared to all the plusses. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our experience at Muse Hotel was a very good one. On the positive side: the food was excellent with a rich breakfast and we were lucky to arrive on Thursday when they had an Aperitivo moment with delicious appetizers, fruits, and wine, tea, and juices. On receptionist was very friendly, still, when asking to translate the parking conditions we didn't receive accurate information so we had to pay a lot more for parking. The location is good, close to the Carmel market and the beach.

On the negative side: the heating in the room was not working as it was controlled centrally without any option to increase the temperature in the room. Despite our 2 calls to reception and their confirmation that will send someone to have a look, nobody came. In the end, we managed to heat our room a bit using the hair dryer (yes, they have very good hair dryers and this should be on the positive part :).

Boutique format - tiny, stylish hotel near to the beach and the center, excellent breakfast. Coffee & tea corner available all day. Welcome gifts were unexpected and we were very pleased with the hotel-branded bottle for water :). Staff at reception desk were friendly and helpful all the way!

only minor comments - suggest to renew glasses/side arms as all are from different sets. Ironing board should be renewed as well as clothing could be damaged when ironing. We were staying for 6 days only and the the bed were not renewed (may be it had to be done on the next day, not sure). Vanity kit was renewed only once in two days.

Good location with less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and also a very easy walking to the famous Tel Aviv market area. Walking to the other interesting spots such as Museum of Art, Art Performance Center, and Rabin Square are fairly doable. Very good breakfast. Actually it is gorgeous. The breakfast area is also open 24 hours where one can sit and drink coffee and teas (for free). This Muse Boutique hotel is actually the same hotel as its neighboring Metropolitan hotel, with the later being much larger and taller. When I booked the room from booking.com, the Muse Boutique included breakfast while the Metropolitan didn't, yet the two hotels offered similar price. I stayed in both hotels in the same month. The Muse Boutique provided slippers and bath robes while the Metropolitan didn't. The breakfast in Muse Boutique was much better than that of Metropolitan's (and yet the later charged an additional fee). Thus I would recommend the Muse Boutique than the Metropolitan if the advertised prices are similar. On the other hand, the Muse Boutique has only a few stories (forget it's four or five) while the Metropolitan is much higher, where I was able to view the beach and ocean. Also the metropolitan room was quieter than the Muse Boutique, not sure if it was due to the Metropolitan's better window sealing or to its higher story, or both.

A little bit noise from street but manageable. The elevator is a little bit small so when if there are many guests with a lot of luggage, one might have to wait for a while.

The location of the property was excellent, close to public transport and the beach, with good shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily cleaning service. Shoutout to Ben, who went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again!

There was some construction noise, but the hotel can't control this.

The breakfast is exceptional. Everything super fresh and plenty of choices. Excellent egg dishes on the menu. Coffee machine accessible 24/7! Location is also great. Close to the beach and city center, easy to reach by public transport if travelling away from TelAviv. Room was small but had everything we needed.

Our bathroom wasn't spotless clean. Please check the toilet brush after guests leave the room ;)
