Very comfortable beds. Very clean and nice. Nice swimmingpool. Good breakfast. Conveniently situated right next to the Migdal excavations with free entrance so you could spend lots of time there.

Missing a small refrigerator in the room. Would have liked the mirror in the hall to be closer to the door as we had very good twin rooms and so you can't see the other person when they use the washbasin.

This hotel is lovely and clean. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The grounds are so pretty and peaceful. We loved the chapel on the grounds, and meeting Father Kelly and his sister, Celine was such an amazing treat. The pool was fun for my granddaughters, and the lifeguard was so courteous. The food choices were many and it was very good for dinner and for breakfast.

The only thing is that I wish the very large balcony had furniture on it so we could sit out there.

Beautiful new hotel. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big with a porch to the garden which is very nice. There is a nice pool but the water was very cold. The breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner one night and it was very good although a little bit expensive. Even the food in the bar was good. The atmosphere is very relaxed which is excellent for a vacation. A bonus of staying there was also the archaeological excavations and the beautiful church that you can visit.

The hotel is very far from any bars or clubs so there is not much to do at night. They offer entertainment in the evening but it is more for young kids. For teenagers there was nothing to do. Maybe billiard tables or some other entertainments for adults will be good to add. The toilet door is not giving you a full privacy which our teenagers boys didn’t like. The hotel is very near to lake Kinneret beach (beautiful view) but you cannot swim in the lake.

the hotel is unique. it has a character. it’s built next to an agricultural site. it’s combines beautifully the old and new together. it creates a spiritual spirit. it’s quite. beautiful. streamlined with the local nature of the Sea of Galilee. rooms are great and well designed. we got two rooms with connecting door for the whole family. breakfast was great. there is a pool and a wild beach next to the lake. there are antiques. we went with the children and explained them about the old synagogue and early Christianity. it’s close to many attractions with short driving distance. we really enjoyed it. the family stated it has. magical touch.

the beach next to the hotel is wild and has no facilities.

The room was very clean, and with two double beds we had plenty of room with our 4yo daughter. Housekeeping did a good and quick job every morning. The hotel is quiet, not too crowded, including the pool area which was great. The hotel is new and obviously still needs work, but all in all it was a good experience.

Dinner was *extremely* overpriced - just eat outside at Aroma and you'll have better value. The food in general was fine, but nothing more. Service was kind, but lacking: On check-in, we weren't asked if we need help with our luggage. The service around the pool can be better with more options. There was no room service menu in the room. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were of poor quality. If they had a spa center the experience would have been much nicer. The beach is inhospitable in its current condition (lots of plants)

Breakfast was basic, but quite sufficient. I love the history and archaeology that are such a part of the hotel's atmosphere. All the staff are polite, helpful, and considerate.

A shaving mirror in the bathroom would have been nice. I really can't think of anything else that I didn't like!

The room was high-ceiling, bright and airy. There was plenty of space for my stuff. The swimming pool was lovely on a hot day. I love the adjacent archaeological site. Breakfast was really it’s an Israeli style breakfast - people wanting pancakes and waffles will be disappointed, but there was good variety, lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and cheeses, bourekas and strudel, toast, cereal, egg dishes and what I think is knafeh.

11 am checkout. 12 would have been more convenient.

The site is amazing... on the Sea of Galilee, adjacent to the archeological site of Magdala (home of Mary Magdalene). Amazing breakfast and dinner buffets are outstanding. Gardens, pool, spiritual center for prayer of any denomination, celebrating women of the bible, new testament and modern day.

The location is great. Just near the beach. The hotel is clean, modern and nice. The receptionist where welcoming and efficient especially Fadi. Breakfast is satisfactory. Nice staff.

The hotel’s architecture could have been smarter. The rooms are not facing the beach. The pool is built inside a fenced area also not facing the beach. The beach itself is neglected/not developed yet.

The breakfast was excellent offering choice and was regularly restocked. Staff amazing recognised us even after 2 years! Reception was helpful in offering n upgrade for a special birthday event and late checkout. The Chaplin Father Emanon Kelly was inspirational and pastoral. The gym was used and helpful. We left feeling relaxed and restored at many levels and only after 2 days. Thanks to all the staff for their welcome and dedication to the guests. Simon Holland

Obviously the pool facility was not open I assume this will be available when warmer. The water feature down the centre is in need of some refurbishment before it looks increasingly tired. perhaps stones may help cover up the lack of paint. We look forward to the completion of the new restaurant by the Lake. Some areas need attention, carpet clean corridors, some paint work to walls in corridors. Also a window cleaning contract for upstairs restaurant windows and downstairs over looking the synagogue.
