Our stay was overall enjoyable. Check in was smooth, the room was perfectly adequate. Beds were comfy and bathroom was very nice. The hotel is very busy because it is a large convention centre, but the elevators were swift and we didn't have any issues with the high volume of people.

The rooms did not have enough plugs. There was no way to plug our phones in at bedside and the one plug in the desk was insufficient for charging all our family's devices. The coffee maker was not clean.

This is such a great hotel. Reception was busy when we arrived for check in but they did get to us as soon as they could. Our room was a decent size, very clean with a really comfortable bed. There was renovation work being carried out on the outside of the hotel, which meant workmen outside our window, so we did have to keep the curtains closed but we weren't overly bothered by it. Breakfast was really good, large portions (I could never finish it all), and I think quite good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend it.

Breakfast service was slow but that was the only negative.

I was at the inn and conference center for a Tupperware conference. And the hotel was very accommodating. I asked for an early check-in and late checkout and they had no problem with that at all. I was amazed there were no extra charges for it. The rooms were comfortable quiet, and just what I needed.

The meals were good in the restaurant and the service.was great, but the prices were pretty high. But in reality the prices have gone up everywhere, and since I don't eat out much maybe this is what it is everywhere now.

Location was great, given we wanted to have easy access to the SaskTel Centre for a concert we were attending.

On Booking.com, I indicated 4 people for the room and asked for a top floor room. My Booking.com reservation confirmed 4 people for the room AND I also got a separate message saying my request for a top floor room was confirmed. However, day of check-in, the hotel seemed to have no idea of 4 people, so only wanted to give me two free breakfast passes vs 4. Once I showed proof of my Booking.com confirmation, they gave me 4 passes. They also seemed to have no record of my ask for, and their confirmation of, a top floor room. We got a room on 6th floor…was ok but not what I had been promised when I booked.

Ordered room service and the food was delivered within 20 min. I ordered a Chicken Pasta Dish and it was still hot and was very good!

The room could use a little maintenance Carpet was quite worn entering the room, time to replace. Maintenance needed around the windows - obviously has/had a leak. The drywall is looking a little rough and the paint is flaking and pealing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities and room were clean and in good repair (aside from the Garden Café, it needs some love). The pool area was clean and easily accessible. The shuttle was convenient and very quick. We appreciated how quiet the hotel was as well.

The restaurant is very dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Needs to reflect the modern decor everywhere else in the building. The bathrooms are strange with the barn door style, frosted glass doors. They lack privacy.

I liked that the staff were good to my son. He checked out for me. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and staff was very accommodating to upgrade us. That was nice to get a larger meeting room.

I have had meetings here so many times. What are the perks for that? The renovation is a bit inconvenient. My coworker has health issues and had to wait for his ride. I worry about him. His driver should be able to drive right up to the front.

As always, staff were friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early and made sure we knew when all the facilities opened and closed. The hotel was fully booked, but we still had great service. Room was very clean.

There was some construction work going on, so we were unable to open our window because of debris on the roof. We were unaffected by noise. It'll be great once the parking lot is redone.

Our king suit room was nice and spacious with 2 separate living/sleeping areas. The king bed was comfortable and we like having more privacy from our son who slept on the hide a bed on the other side of the bathroom. The open courtyard was beautiful and gave the entire hotel a spacious, tropical atmosphere. This made swimming in the long, crescent shaped pool even more enjoyable.

We were very disappointed that there is no longer a hot tub by the pool like there used to be. Please bring back a hot tub!!!

We loved the jet tub in the room. That’s the whole purpose. We stayed there because we were looking for a room with a Jacuzzi. We also like the lobby and restaurant area with all the plant life and water. Very nice. The breakfast in the morning.
