1) this is my 2nd time of staying in Avani Goldcoast Sepang and no doubt the breakfast are delicious and varities 2) the buggy service was very good, friendly local staff and cooperative

1) room needs maintenance work as the hand bidet is broken, lamp at the balcony is not functioning, fridge is not working 2) dinner buffet was poor, not as expected 3) security guards are impolite 4) too many flies at breakfast area

Entirely was good unless the buggy style. We have to wait for buggy to go here and there. Breakfast on that day 01.07.2023 was terrible. Idk what happened to the team, this one need huge improvement. Aircond inside cafe also not working, wah panas wooo masa makan😂 staying with 3 kids. Breakfast meal need huge improvement. Rendang was salty.

Breakfast was great due to fact the mix of local and western Cristina. Only issue we found was that last couple of days a lot of dishes were served cold . The staff we will take our hats off too , absolutely friendly , would assist always and always smiling . We would like to give a big thank you to you all and especially our driver to/ from airport - Jeffree, who could not do enough for myself and family . He is a freind for life and will remember him always . There are little things that need doing in our room as fix the roof leak in bathroom but overall it was an excellent stay and again tool staff were excellent, thank you . Your restaurants, especially the Chinese one hai sang Lou was absolutely fantastic and amazing with a very lovable staff followed closely by spoil spoil . Not much not to like other than the little bit of maintenance required

The whole way, comfortable place, interesting, cozy atmosphere. In terms of food, for breakfast it's normal. same for dinner. As for the staff, at the registration counter, they are less friendly, the way of speaking is a bit rough and the style is just slow, and there is not a smile when we come to check in on the first day, (Male staff) - I hope they can improve the way they deal with customers well. The other staff nice and helpful while we were there.

So far everything is good, except for the first day facing the staff (Male Staff) who are not friendly and did not treat us well during registration. When we arrive, they can let us and chat with each other among the other staff. Hopefully can improve the way to deal with customers.

I love the vibe, the serene of the view.. never failed.. bedroom, living and balcony is comfy, good quality furniture and nice functional architecture.. good service

Need to walk quite a distance if u stay further end.. buggy not always there to assist you.. malay breakfast food that is nasi lemak is incomplete, need improvement as there is no necessary condiment that is in nasi lemak.. but the western breakfast is ok.. the toilet is a little bit smelly.. i reckon put some air refreshment to hide the toilet smell.. the soap and shampoo formula also need to be improved.. product feels just like a glycerin only without any ingredient..

Very slow service. Got passed around when asked about the room service menu which wasn’t working on the tv. We had the seafood platter on our first night but due to the heavy downpour, food was delivered late and cold. Which we didn’t mind due to the weather. Unfortunately the plates were not taken away the very same night so the crows had a great time messing up the place. Husband did a bit of housekeeping to keep the outside of the room clean.

This is my 2nd stay since 2020. Not much improvements than before. Friendly staff and easy check-in, check out. It was a very pleasant stay as a family. Breakfast meals were variety but taste so-so and bland. Buggy service was okay, but needed to wait for 30 mins for checkouts. That was fine. Not much activities can be done around the resort. Private beach is not as clean as the other side, limited bicycle rides. If you’re searching for a relaxing & healing holiday, this could be it.

We stayed for one night on the weekend. The villa was clean upon check-in but we encountered pests such as cockroaches on bed after spending the night. The resort needs to tackle on the pests problems. So that part was a bit unhygienic.

The breakfast was among the best features in Avani. However, due to the festive season, the food was not replenished fas enough and most people had to wait.

We had dinner at Sepoi Restaurant and the food there was not up to expectation. We had the Avani Pizzza and Beef Salami pizza at the tomato base was tasteless. Nevertheless, the carbonara pasta, burger and steak was made to satisfaction.

I recently stayed at Avani Sepang Gold Coast and encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Upon informing customer service, they promptly sent their technician to troubleshoot the problem. Technicians Mr. Aizat and Mr. Aidin quickly identified a mechanical issue with the air conditioning unit. They reset the system and advised me to monitor it for 15 minutes. When it still wasn't cooling properly, I contacted customer service again, and they immediately arranged another room for me. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by Mr. Aizat and Mr. Aidin; both were very polite and accommodating. The front desk and customer service staff were also incredibly helpful throughout the process. Additionally, a big thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining such clean and comfortable rooms. Overall, the staff's prompt and courteous response made my stay a pleasant experience despite the initial issue. Thank you, AVANI SEPANG GOLD COAST
