1. The view from my room was facing the parking space so nothing much to enjoy 2. The room has a very big window which definitely dangerous for kids 3. Looks like an old hotel but not too bad

Overall room was OK, eventhough Superior King room was a bit small, but good view. Price is good. Breakfast was simple and OK, nasi lemak was good.

Spa massage was offered in the menu but not available. Disappointed as my wife was in interested to go to the spa. Does not suit the hotel name. No roti canai in the breakfast menu.

I would like to really thank to the hotel manager when I check in time 3 pm on 01/01/23 since I have wrongly book the room into single package and I when there with my baby and husband.and the manager consider double bed without any charges. They really taking care of the regular customers and they remember since pkp I when honeymoon there and during pregnancy I was checking in the hotel and now my baby 5 months and we were there.i just felt so much of peace and I can consider this hotel as lucky hotel for me. I felt the good positive energy in me and the staff are so friendly.its not big 5 star hotel.but the environment it's just emaizing and very relaxed.

Stay for 1 night at family deluxe and overall is so good, room is clean, hotel provide shampoo, toothbrush and its a satisfying stay for 1 night with my family. Pool not so big, but still okay for me since the pool at the roof top then we have a nice sea view while swimming. Price incl breakfast are really worth it. Will comeback again to stay. Tq !

Please show us halal certificate so that muslim customer will happily eat at cafe. Tak de la rasa was2 nak makan sebab semua pekerja pun non muslim.much better pamer halal certificate.if not,advise them about food serve here

General is clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is good too. Just that the hotel has no beach itself. Need to walk across the street to Gloria beach hotel, which is the same owner according to staff there. Parking is free and at the hotel side.

It’s a good spot near to the beach, parking spot is plenty, accommodating staff, breakfast was good

Some renovations will do good, it’s slightly outdated design, food was good, choices can be more, could be more cleaner

1. Room was Nice, neat and clean. Staffs were very supportive and friendly. 2. Breakfast was really nice and covers all the items in breakfast like a good hotel. 3. Pool was nice and beautiful view to the sea in evening time.

All was good as per expectation except Rooms shown is booking.com and hotel is bit different. There is no single king or queen size bed in hotel, they join two single bed and make it as king size bed. Hotel staff clarified this at counter and somehow we were convinced to use a better room with sea view.

the staff was very friendly, we asked if our room has a minibar during the check in and sadly it was not. however, the receptionist still check for any available minibar and sent it to our room.

it’s located quite far from the famous beaches (it’s not walking distance) and the breakfast during our stay was not buffet.
