I drove there so the garage was nice, and the spaces had ample room. Check in was easy. I had lots of questions while there, and the reception staff was always friendly, and greeted me with a smile. The room was large, stylish, and super clean. The bed was very comfortable, with amazing pillows, and soft linen. I smiled when I got into bed the first time. The air conditioning worked well. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing! An omelet station, fresh fruit, plantains, bacon, fresh juice, and strong hot coffee were some of my favorite things, but there were many more choices.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low.

We stayed here for one night in April, on the way to Belize to catch the morning trip by water taxi. For that purpose, the hotel is good enough and provided most of what we needed. The room was relatively small, but comfortable and good enough for one night of good sleep after spending most of the day on the road. You can either walk from here to the boat, count with approx. 5-10 minutes. You can also call an Uber, expect a fare of less than 5 USD.

We really just needed a night of sleep, but also wanted to try the rooftop pool, as it looked very nice on the photos. But thats about it. It is visibly not maintained, with dirt, insects and small pieces of the pool tiles floating around. Rust can be seen everywhere, definitely not very inviting. It has a lot of comfortable seating available (since no one used the pool) and a bar, which we wanted to use. But during the 45 minutes we stayed here, no employee was seen at the bar or pool and we couldn't order. We did check the bar opening times and it was supposed to be open at that time. The bathroom area was very small, barely enough space to move around, especially if one person is at the sink.

We loved the rooftop pool. Air conditioning was good and strong, shower was warm with good water pressure, nice and quiet at night, beds were comfortable and they provided us with a cot for our youngest child. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the Malecon or to the Museum of Mayan Culture. Free underground parking.

We loved almost every aspect of our stay! Only complaints are the food and drinks at the poolside restaurant were overpriced and not very good compared to the amazing breakfast - minor complaints for an otherwise excellent experience! Would stay here again 100%

Certain stuff in the room are outdated, picture quality on the tv was grainy, towels seemed old the threading was coming out. The counter where the sink is, on the edge has been chipped. Having made a reservation for 2 I would have thought that perhaps coffee for 2 would be in the room. I’d suggest for a bathroom Matt to be placed by the shower also, I had to use the hand towel as a Matt. Paying a high price simply to stay over night perhaps a small breakfast to be included would have been nice.

They have a lot of little things just right. Everything clean. Super comfortable beds with enough pillows (4 in each twin size bed) each one super comfy and with different heights so you can use the one you like best. The AC control in the room doesn’t illuminate the whole room like it happens with some hotels. Also in that same area the hallway lights seem a bit dark but are perfect for getting a good night sleep. It happens often in hotels where you get a lot of light coming beneath the door. They have attention to all those little details that guarantee a good night sleep. The rooms are very quiet at night also.

Had an issue with the shower in my room were the water wasn’t draining fast enough so for the last minute my feet were sort of underwater. Probably was just bad luck with that particular room.

The hotel is quite new with a modern reception, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym and restaurant are on the roof with the best view of the city and Caribbean Sea. The room was lovely and comfortable. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast in the lovely restaurant downstairs. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. In the centre of town so close to everything and a 5 minute walk to the water taxi terminal and evening foreshore market and activities! They offer a free shuttle to the airport.

The location was great but over the years that I have been going to Fiesta Inn, it seems that they have not been keeping up with upgrades for the hotel. Other than that, the staff was quite helpful and we enjoyed our stay

I didn't like that the bathroom on the ground floor had a very strong smell and some of the floor boards on the pool area seem loose as well as the lounge chairs where broken and torn. There was no coffee station on the pool area for those who go there early to relax.

I liked that the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable with enough pillows. The staff were friendly and the roof top pool area is beautiful. The view from the roof at night is amazing.

1. The shower has glass doors and the water spills out. (When the door is closed, it is not sealed, and therfore water spills out.). 2. We booked a room to accommodate 4 people but only 2 towels were provided. We didn't notice until midnight when we arrived back and was going to take our shower.

The hotel is very nice! Our room was spacious and clean. Toiletries were provided.The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. There is a small bar in the lobby and a really nice buffet breakfast. It is walking distance to the malecon where there are many restaurants and sights to see. The town was very clean, and we felt safe walking around.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in hotel price.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was patient. Our reservation was kept even though we got in very late due to vehicle problem.

The room only had water, coffee and towel for one person even though we reserved for two. The car rental service was unavailable. There is need for more English speaking at the front desk.
