The staff were so professional, helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The toiletries were absolutely fabulous!!! Gorgeous smell and great quality!! It is expensive to stay here, but honestly, worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Esther provided a top notch pedicure with warmth and a smile.....a lovely lady! I want to make a special mention of Irene at the front desk/reception. She was warm, friendly, authentic and an absolute delight!! We loved our stay here and Irene was definitely a part of that. A truly exceptional hotel.

the bathroom should have a private water closet particularly in a suite .

Very nice hotel and we have been kindly surprised. at a check in at first it was not very polite welcome from one employee and it took more than an hour. but after that all was perfect, room service was very good, breakfast and hotel’s restaurant very nice. location is fantastic. just don’t go to so-called Michelin chef restaurant in the hotel as it is fake and stuff is very unprofessional and food is not worth those money. the somelje brought me 5 years younger wine than in menu as said it is same taste and two years old wine offered to decant. another one brought brut champagne instead of blanc-de-blancs and thought we won’t know the difference. so stay away from there.

not polite person at check in and beef restaurant

the property location was in the middle of the Beverly Hills / Rodeo Drive hot spot. There was even a movie being shot there. What I want to say is with every hotel no matter how good or how many stars things go wrong but from all the hotels I’ve stayed with in the world the Wilshire know how to make it right. In particular to Derek Williams (Front Office Manager)I would like to say a big thank you from both of us for making our final days stay so memorable. Really 5 star experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel and location. Staff were incredible, made us feel special from start to finish, from the valet parking to reception to service staff and waiters. They are a credit to the hotel and its beautiful building. It was my dream to stay here and it was everything I dreamed of and more. Thank you so much for the amazing hosting !!! Highly recommended to anyone, yes it's expensive but for the location and service if if is worth it and more 😊

Staff great. Service great.

Booked with credit card but payed with different card. Kept a block on my credit card for 1 week which limited my spending for few days after. Called for advise and spoke to a very posh and polite gentleman but who was completely clueless.

We received a complementary upgrade upon check-in which made the room far more comfortable as my husband and I were traveling with our two kids. We ate a majority of our meals at the hotel. My son has celiac disease and has to be strictly gluten-free. I made the hotel aware of this in advance and they were very accommodating and had everything made for him safely.

5 star hotel and 5 star service.We got upgraded room before real check-in time,which was great.The bed was so comfortable.
