checkin and reception were helpful with mistakes made by booking.com. On arrival at 1pm, , the desk at HGVC showed no reservation for me, and had no available rooms I contacted Booking.com customer (disconnected twice), who stated they showed my reservation, and they were unable to reach Hiltons central reservations to resolve the issue. They would not speak to the person at the desk trying to help me The Booking.com agents " solution" was for me to wait until official check in time of 4 pm, and if they did not have a room then, they would find alternatives I contacted someone at HGVC ( Tiffani N) who immediately answered, and determined the issue was someone at booking.com booked my room with first and last name reversed. For future reference, my experience with booking.com was horrible. You price matched a competitors price on June 22, confirmed by chat and email TWICE that I should receive the price match they confirmed. This was reviewed and confirmed again on Nov 7 when THEY (not the property) billed me the incorrect price, and I again contacted customer service. When receiving no response for how I would receive a refunded for the difference ( They continued to ask me to submit what the property charged me, when they, not the property, billed me incorrectly), a new manager decided to renege on the price match approved almost 5 months ago. I have wasted over 2 hours of my time in useless chats, and on the phone with your customer service, who have now concluded on Nov 14 and Nov 21st that when Booking.com agents approve and send verification of a price match, that " guarantee" is worthless if another manager reviews it 4-5 months later and decides it shouldn't have been approved.

Great place to stay. Having no casino meant it way fairly quite which was nice, also meant check in took about 5 minutes as there was no long queue as you get in the casino hotels. It has a back entrance that you can use to cut through the Paris hotel and right onto the strip, so dont have to walk all round the road.

Extremely friendly staff, everything was great, as usual in Hilton!

Our room was more than we could have hoped for, with every appliance you could think off. The bed was extremely comfortable and the area was modern and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful whenever approached. The hotel is a short walk from the strip. It sits behind the Hilton Flamingo so it takes probably less than 5 minutes to reach the strip through the Flamingo.

Our only complaint was the "thump, thump, thump" of music all day long from the pool at the Flamingo. Unfortunately, it became really annoying after a couple of days. If they could lose the heavy baseline, it would be fine.

Convenient to our venue for a concert. They gave us free bottled water before we went out! One day it was 117!! Scorcher!!!

Loud music from the pool down below. There was only 1 packet of coffee for all three days we stayed. Unless we specially asked for it, we went without. There was no room service for the 3 nights we stayed. So we used our same towels for 3 days!!! Not cool when the weather is so hot, and you might need more than 1 shower a day!

Location perfect great distance to strip but quite room was fabulous clean large and comfortable staff very friendly

Mini market closed by 1.30pm nowhere to get a coffee in Hotel. Room wasn’t made up we kept having to go and ask them to clean it.

Excellent location right off the strip and a 3 minute walk to the Flamingo grounds and casino. Shares Flamingos Go Pool which is great if you are kid less (which we weren't). Very friendly staff, free parking connected to the building via pedestrian Bridge. Very cozy/comfy rooms. MASSIVE bang for your buck, rooms were nice and cool, overall great experience.

Only thing we didn't like was that we weren't told there was a pedestrian Bridge connected to the parking garage, so we walked to the hotel from the parking garage on the street which was a hassle. (We were not familiar with the area or layout).

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. The room was amazing with a small kitchen area, bath and shower and overlooked the pool. It is in a great location, however the Flamingo hotel next door has a pool party every day from 9am to 5pm so there is no quiet lounging by the pool with their music blasting. The pool and jacuzzi is amazing in the evening though. There is a small gym and a lounge area. There is also a deli which provides the basics. This closes at 1pm most days which is a little inconvenient.

Our room was not cleaned throughout our 5 night stay. We had to ask for clean towels a couple of times.

Room was lovely and perfect for a family of 4. Really comfortable room, even the pullout was super comfortable for 2 teens. The security of the suite was interesting. We had to walk through one door that lead to two suite doors, then walk through our suite door. Yes, you need your room key to get into both. Makes perfect sense if you needed 2 rooms together. You’d never have to walk into the hallway with the setup they have. I liked the double door entry though. Kept hall noise down, if there had been any, wouldn’t know cause of the doors.

The marketplace isn’t open for very long. 1p on weekdays and 5p on weekends. There are other places outside the hotel you can get to, but doesn’t help when you’ve already settled in for the night or if you’re disabled. Either go back out or pay out the nose for Uber Eats. I get it though, surrounded by restaurants and shops. My needs may be unique. Hence why I’m not detracting from the score for this. Just eat before you come back, grab snacks on the way, or include extra in your budget for delivery.

The rooms were well equipped, everything we needed. Kettle and fridge were most important to me, for my cup of tea in the mornings. Also the lovely big bath was lovely to relax in after a long day on our feet. Fantastically comfortable big bed.

There was nothing to dislike with the room. However. The loud music and booming bass from the Flamingo pool started to get a bit annoying. On a positive note, we didn't need an alarm as the music started at 9am every day .... time to get it!
