Very pretty and clean. No smoking

Was charged $45 for resort fee at the hotel. Paid a resort fee with my booking on booking .com of $42. I shouldn’t have had to pay for that twice No consideration. Begged for a minimal late check out. Our flight was changed to 10 pm. Had to store bags and wait all day

Amazing stay at Park MGM for my son's 21st Birthday! Huge shoutout to Ana who made our stay extra special by putting us up in a beautiful green room on the 28th floor with an epic view! She also gave us a credit for food & drinks to celebrate my son's birthday! We enjoyed being able to walk to the connecting hotels and also used the tram. The hotel is located in a prime location and walkable to all the hot spots on the strip. Highly recommended!

Definitely not a complaint, but more of an FYI- there is no min-fridge, microwave or coffee pot in the room, so plan accordingly.

The restaurant selection was great, space in the room for me and my husband, and the hotel was right on the strip which made getting to my moms hotel a breeze.

No mini fridge in the room (learnt this could have been requested at the end of the stay) :-(, the cost did not suit the room, we were charged a resort fee but this was not used...it should be given as an option or even a little clearer as to what these fees relate to so that we the guess can decide if we want to use it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—it’s right on the Strip, within walking distance of most things, yet it seems slightly more tame than other resorts which is nice. The pools were great and it has a fair selection of restaurants on site (and plenty more across the street). Most of the staff were polite, the room was spacious and we liked that it was non-smoking.

The biggest downside to our stay was that we could hear every word being said in the room next to ours through the adjoining door — and they could probably hear us. They weren’t yelling, just having a regular conversation. It was so bad that the first morning it woke me up and startled me because I thought someone was in our room. Other than that, they didn’t have the room we booked available so we had to opt for a different one, which was also fine, but I don’t understand why even let us book the room if you’re not going to hold it for us. There’s also no fridge or kettle in the room which was inconvenient, but eh, not the end of the world.

Good location with great views of the strip. The hotel is just massive - and the lobby, casino and choice of restaurants, Starbucks, the outdoor pools and bars, a free Tram up to the Bellagio (saving a sweaty 20 minute walk) are all great. From the 28th floor it took a good 8 minutes to get out to the strip and easy to order an Uber from their rideshare area. There were shops to get grocery supplies just outside the entrance. We ate one night in their 'La Pizza La Pasta' which was nice and good value. Only criticism would be lack of coffee making facilities in the room and it feels tight not having a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool - outside of that it was a good hotel and good choice for a long weekend in Las Vegas

no refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities - aren't these basic amenities?

Excellent location

- Rude staff: I checked in later than usual and they put me in a random room with views to a wall. That day, one of the staff members told me they would change me to another room and apologized. Next day, when asking about the room change, a rude staff member in the front desk told me “why would we move you? Your room is fine” he was very condescending and his snarky questions were completely uncalled for. -Dirty room: my room had a couch covered with suspicious stains. There were hairs in the bathroom sink and the shower. Dust all over the table. Mold in the shower. -Old furniture -No refrigerator

Park MGM was the ideal choice for our quick stay in Vegas. It’s one of the few non-smoking hotels on the Strip, and the room was clean and comfortable. We recommend booking a room with a Strip view to get the full Vegas experience, even on a short stay. The staff was helpful, and the option to add on-site parking for $18 at check-in was a great convenience.

There was a bit of confusion about the checkout process due to contradicting information, but it was resolved by the staff.

The location is excellent. I also love the style of the public areas and how modern and fresh it feels. It has a lovely pool area and great restaurants.

The in room facilities were of a higher standard in the NYNY - limited storage and the furnishings were of a higher quality there. The rooms were also more spacious even though Park MGM is more expensive.

We have stayed here a couple of times, mainly due to it been a NON SMOKING hotel. Overall, its nice, close to a lot of things to do and the rooms are updated and clean. The cleaning staff has always been very friendly.

I wish you could use your hotel key to go up to floors above you, it only allows you to go down. We were on the 3rd floor and my sister was on the 4 and another family member on the 5th. So anytime we wanted to go to their rooms they had to meet us on the floor below them so we could go up. This was a pain and kind of ridiculous that if you're staying in the hotel your room key should allow you to travel between each floor, whether going up or down. I am sure other guest would agree. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee pot in the rooms, and a mini fridge, especially since you're paying so much for everything these days in Vegas!

For the price, I would have expected there to be a fridge. There should be free bottles of water and the 8 products to purchase that were on sensors, makes no sense. You have to pick them up to see what they are and then be careful as it gets charged on your bill, even if you put it back. If you bring it to the attention of staff, they will reimburse you, no problem.
