Clean, remodeled room. Friendly helpful staff. The SkyPod and Top of the World were great. Pricey, but great.

Located next to a dangerous area (i.e. "Heroine Heights"). Most of the shops in the hotel were closed almost the entire time during our 4 day stay. That area felt very abandoned.

Got talked into paying more for a room upgrade at check-in. location ; a bit of a trek to where the action is. A taxi from the hard rock cafe cost us $40 traffic was horrendous. The restaurant we visited closed at 10.00 pm. We didn't enter until 9.50 so, a little embarrassing to be told after finishing our main course that the restaurant should have closed an hour ago. Car park exit. should be included in future Mensa tests and then when you think you have figured it all out with downloading apps etc. etc. computer says no. Non-American credit card. This took 40 minutes to escape from the car park. I could go on but I am getting bored of moaning now. good night!

Staff were awesome, shout-out to Christian at the front desk who was very friendly, able to accommodate us with a slightly early check in and helped us upgrade our stay. Loved the attractions at the top of the tower as well, lots to do! The Top of the World restaurant was a lot of fun, amazing views from the restaurant and from the observation deck. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Conveniently close to the Sahara to get on the monorail, which we used a lot during our trip. The casino floor was clean and had a lot of different things to choose from, and the drink service was timely. Managing things right from the TV or through text messages was very convenient. We didn't get a chance to visit the pool but it looked huge! Also liked that it was just a hop-skip away from that enormous novelty gift store. Called room service twice for extra coffee and extra towels, both times they were prompt and generous.

We had a south-facing room which was difficult to keep cool in the late July heat, not a complaint against the property itself, it just is what it is. The Strat is located at the very north end of the strip, so to get anywhere else was a bit of a walk, and the north end is a bit rough around the edges, so to speak. In the room we had, the ballast on one of the bed lights was busted and the light flickered constantly, all the bed lights were on the same two switches so we couldn't turn just one side on (the working side) without also turning on the busted side. We ended up not using them at all because the flickering was unpleasant, which limited the amount of light we had available at night. I was surprised by this because purportedly, we were in the more recently upgraded rooms...

Our room was cleaned daily. The people work there was always greeting and there was a lot of security on standby. Staff was constantly cleaning from the inside to the outside. The cafe had the best breakfast. PTS wings was great also. We arrived early and upgraded our room on the north tower, so we were able to check in early. FYI: you can go the Sahara hotel a few blocks away to catch the monorail. A train that runs through several hotels on the strip for less than six dollars one way.

I like everything except that it was a the beginning of the  strip. You have to walk a few miles or Uber to get in the heart of the strip where everything is available. ( hotels,casinos, restaurants,malls, shows, and more). A few homeless people hanging around ,but they were not aggressive and didn’t brother us.

the Rouge show was Amazing. the pool was refreshing. and the Staff was very helpful, nice, and professional. the sky lounge was nice to be able to see the view of Las Vegas.

Our Air Conditioner didn't work, and it was too hot to sleep in the room. we contacted maintenance which didn't fix the problem. so, we suffered for 4 days while we were there just to be able to enjoy everything else. I would recommend a better maintenance program so guests are more comfortable stay.

Noticed a lot of positive changes and renovations made. It's nice to believe they are working on better customer experience, and they are almost there. It's way better than our last visit almost a years ago.

We had two rooms and noticed one had a coffee starter and hair dryer, while the other had none and yet we had paid the same amount for the same kind of rooms and they were next yo each other. The bedside phones too couldn't reach housekeeping or even front desk. It was flat.

I loved the room. We had a suite that was perfect for visiting family members. If I could change anything it would be adding a garbage can other than the tiny one in the restroom. Also being able to hook up an Xbox to the tv for kids to play. Other than that, the room was perfect!

It’s a little further from the main part of the strip. You’ll need to drive and park, or walk a mile to get to the center of the action.
