Breakfast was not very good..some items were not replenish ed....not a good selection

Breakfast needed more attention and a little better quality

This has become my Go Too hotel to stay at with my family when I come from out of town. My room is always clean the beds comfortable and breakfast is good. I have had around 10 stays in the last 2 months but I would say the thing that keeps me coming back is the staff. They are always very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to.Especially Danny, John, Joel and Brenda. Thank you for all the help. See y'all again soon!

Out of my 10 stays in the last couple months. I have had honestly zero bad experiences. That is why I stay no where else when in the area. This is a real review from a really satisfied Customer thanks again.

We liked the comfort of the room. This hotel has direct access outside our door and was very convenient for unloading / loading / breakfast, etc.

More attention could have been given the breakfast area. The hotel is very convenient for workers to stay there and leave early for their jobs. However, some of the staff did not keep food supplied all the time for those of us who were on vacation. The food was good. It just was not maintained while open for breakfast.

I set up the room for my daughter as she was just getting to the area. Sher stated the Breakfast was very good.

My daughter needed a computer (business center) and the pictures from the hotel in this site showed a computer, copier and/or fax use by guests but there was no available computer for guests which led me to a lower rating.

Seems as if inside of hotel has been totally renovated with modern finishings.. Got upgraded to a room with big stand alone tub. Easy access off I-35. Parking lot had big gravel area in case you were pulling a trailer or something.

Had to hunt for trash can in bathroom. Needs to be next to toilet, not down a narrow space on other side of sink. Big stand alone tub needs some handrails, and prolly extra towels provided. Outside could use some sprucing up and clean up. Trash in parking lot

John the asst general manager provided exceptional service! He greeted us upon our check in late at night and then was setting things up for breakfast at 630 am. the breakfast by the way was very good, real scrambled eggs, fully cooked sausage patties and links, plus warm waffles. I normally stay at the much higher priced chains and the equal or exceed. The areas they exceeded were 1) the fully cooked fresh eggs and sausage; 2) the fresh coffee was constantly being refilled; 3) John’s friendly service - he never meets a stranger and 4) the price!

although we did not use them the outside washer and dryer looked a bit over-used. probably due to being outside albeit it covered.

I like the amount of room available for walking around. The room and the lobby did not smell like cigarette smoke. The employees were friendly and helpful!

Finding the place was slightly difficult. The address on the directions says that the hotel was located at North I-35N, but google maps had the hotel at South 1-35N. There was also not a number on the hotel to be able to check the address without going into the lobby directly and asking. In the room, the second bed did not have a sheet which actually is what keeps the person in the bed warm since the blanket and comforter are very thin.

Everything was great from the room space, very comfortable beds, carpet on the floors is a plus for me, very quiet- no noise around me at all. The breakfast was very good. Staff was professional and polite!!

No complaints at all. Keep up the great work!

I love how clean the room was, I checked the sheets before sleeping no type of insects at all, no funky smell either. I got 2 queen beds for me and my kids, and we all slept comfortable, woke up very relaxed. Check in was easy as well as check out. The pool was clean my kids had sooo much fun here. They said it was the best hotel they have stayed at. I also loved that they put shampooer and body wash dispensers in the shower so if you forgot those items no need to worry Best Western has your back. Overall very happy.

The remote control in room 237 didn't work had to change the channels on the tv.

The room was a great location in the property. Property and room was clean and well kept. The location of the property was a little out of the way of some of the places that we were visiting but I planned it that way.

We were there for three days but our trash was never emptied. They did replace our towels but didn't touch our overflowing trash cans. I understand all the fuss about COVID-19 but it's time for the hotel & restaurant industries to get over their fears and start providing customer service again. The government has created such fear about the virus but even the CDC says it's time to start being normal. There's no reason for fitness rooms, hot tubs and pools to be closed. Our pool was open. Some restaurants are open so hotels should be providing their breakfast as they advertise.
