Location was amazing, staff were wonderful I would 100% stay again but on a ground floor room

Our room smelt like mould it was really disappointing. As everything else about our stay was amazing We arrived at 10pm and were to tired to complain and get another room but 8132 was so bad and we couldn’t leave the doors open because of the mosquitos Oh and people reserve the pool loungers ALL day and staff don’t do anything about it even with the signs they don’t enforce it which is sad

Room size, pool water beautiful and clean easy walk into main areas. Staff brilliant, very courteous and friendly.

Breakfast was a shambles, kids and adults alike a real free for all. Only discovered sunset lounge for breakfast later, more subdued and relaxed. The hotel need an 'Adults only' pool area. The main pool is massive and should just cater for kids or allocate a section of the 'new pool' area, perhaps near the road, just for adults that want to chill/read a book/talk. Both pool bars can get quite rowdy at times.

It was in a great location, across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, 711, massages. We stayed in the Sunset Deluxe Pool view rooms which were excellent and spacious To ensure we had three rooms together my husband and I were placed in a twin room which was not the end of the world. Breakfast was great, especially once we found the Sunset restaurant option, meals and drinks were very reasonable when we ordered in room or by pool. Staff were all lovely and helpful.

The resort itself looks a bit tired, deck chairs broken, often there was a sewerage smell (poo) which was very unpleasant by the pool. The staff by the pool were scarce to take lunch orders, also would be great to have more small tables around with menus on them and a better process to order if you are not next to pool bars. Think we would have spent more money at the resort had this been easier to do.

the swim up pool that just has a ramp, I’m fit and healthy it is very dangerous to get and out. maybe look at putting steps down the side. when we went to check in we were told they they had no air con and hadn’t had any for a few days. we were never notified prior to checking in. it was very hot, We could not stay in a place without a or con. they relocated us up the hill to Wyndham sea & pearl which wasn’t convenient, no restaurants, costing money every time we wanted to go shopping or go down by the water.

loved it room with pool access right at your room quiet area beach access right next door and also buffet breakfeast every morning was excellent

Location was perfect - close to the beach and shops but quiet at night. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with so much variety and different hot foods available each day. Pools and swim up bars were clean and comfortable.

The room is big, well furnished, good breakfast, great pool, the beach as very close

if your criteria for choosing the hotel is beachfront - we were disappointed, because Patong beach is not so suitable for families. Regarding the hotel itself - no complaints

Big room, two big beds, location - everything you need is around you, several swimming pools

Wi-Fi was bad, you constantly need to re-login Juices at the breakfast were powder based, you can do freshly made lemonades / juices and it will be not expensive and more tasty (i.e. watermelon, lemon) coffee is ordinary, not something special. I think hotels of such level can but good coffee machines and make fresh fruit juices

Excellent choices provided for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes, gets very busy in the morning service. Room service was efficient and reasonably priced and the hotel staff in general could not be more helpful. Was looking for a hotel that is more family friendly, in this respect an excellent choice, both the location and feeling of being secure and safe. Would certainly return when visiting Phuket again.

Not a lot to say, other than not having enough space to put your clothes away, a small chest of drawers would have made a big difference. Needed some form of a "net", as advised not to keep patio doors open due insects etc, so end up with AC on whilst in the room.
