We had a suite on 16th floor with a lovely view. Breakfast had a very good selection. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice temperature. Room cleaning was good.

Changing rooms were dated. Lockers - you had to have your own padlock or just hope nothing got taken. It was very slippery walking around the pool. On one night we ate in the cafe bar. I ordered a salad and specifically asked that there be no nuts in it. On arrival it had Almonds over it. It got sent back and replacement came which looked fine BUT as I got to the bottom of bowl there were still almonds there!!! At no time was I asked if I had any allergies. Radisson hotel group need to reinforce policies and procedures around food allergies and intolerances. My experience was not taken seriously enough in my opinion.

Awesome view of the harbor and sea. Yeah they have a full gym and pool and men’s locker room with private sauna which was great. Diego at the front desk was very helpful throughout my entire stay getting me a room when I checked in early and then helping me find restaurants and various other things to do in the city. It was really nice to get to know him.

The restaurant is mediocre at best charging way too much money for mediocre food. The pool was overheated 85+ degrees. Too hot for lap, swimming and way too much chlorine, but of course unavoidable in a public pool where there’s a high volume of children and families.

The hotel is comfortable, well located and with all the amenities necessary to have a good stay. There are some aspects that make it look aged but it doesn't show lack of maintenance.

A few things: - on the first day, my room wasn't cleaned, when I came back in the afternoon I complained and asked them to go after I had left again, but they went while I was there, so I had to send them back. - the toilet kept getting blocked and it was quite upsetting at times. - When I checked out,, I asked for a VAT receipt, but they gave me a common one.

Nice hotel, located right in the middle of "Ciudad Vieja", one of the best places to be (although in a future visit, we shall stay at Punta Carreras). Breakfast is great, room is big, internet good, swim pool is nice. No doubt a good option at Ciudad Vieja and for a first visit to Montevideo. Good restaurants near by and nice places do visit as well. A few minutes from car to the Tres Cruces Bus Station, from where you can go to other cities, such as Punta del Este and Colonia.

No negative matters on the hotel; just fine!

Some topics: - only one pillow option that I don’t like so I had pain in my neck - breakfast with hard bread, it was not so good - not according to reservation! I booked one double bed king size and the room there were 2 beds connected and it was not comfortable for a couple to sleep because there was a whole - bathroom with a bathtub, not good for taking a shower.

We are coming often to Montevideo and every time, since pandemic times, we book our stay an Radisson. For the money we pay everything is very very good and we return every time. Perfect service at the reception always!!! Excellent service at the Spa place (except the pool bar!!!! - low service!!!) Excellent service with diverse food and coffee from the machine

The one problem we see at the pool bar where the employee is very very very very slow. you receive your drink in 30 minutes even though are 2-3 people in front....that has been always the biggest problem of this place.

Breakfast is excellent, the view from the dinner is very nice (you can view the Montevideo´s Docks and part of the western bay), the pool was at the right temperature, very clean and comfortable to use, a lot of accessories available to use (life vest, inflatables toys, etc.). The food served in the top floor restaurant was also excellent. Its an excellent place for a quick stop in Montevideo, its very well located in the old center.

The room had a connecting door to another room that wasn't working properly, the minibar is not stocked and some of the information provided was not updated (i.e.; working hours of the restaurants). Parking space is very limited and a little narrow.

Centrally located, this large hotel features a restaurant on the 25th floor with panoramic views, especially from the tables in the bay windows. The quality of the breakfast is ok, but not quite outstanding. Its special feature of freshly squeezed orange juice was much appreciated. My room also had a nice view towards the sea, and it was fairly comfortable. Power sockets on the night table were a nice practical detail that surely simplifies life.

From beginning to end almost a perfect stay. Check in smooth. Diego was awesome. Room was above great. Wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was very good. Best orange juice ever.... Location was great, could walk from hotel to the areas of town that I wanted to go. Bed was super comfy. I would stay here again. Had coffee at night a few times and the folks helping me were great.

We had two reservations, back to back. We were assured at check in that they would be "married" and seamlessly checked out/checked in. Well, this didn't happen. Very unprofessional. When we got back to our room the key would not work. Went to front desk and I got the "check out was noon and you did not check out and this is a problem" speech. It was the same gal that checked us in. After nicely reminding her of the "arrangement" from the day before she agreed, fixed the problem and I was on my way. For a moment I thought she was actually going to apologize for her/their mistake, but that didn't happen. I was happy enough, only cost me 20 minutes. The hotel (19th floor) makes a lot of creaking noises.

The view, size of room, lounge with piano, wine at the bar, location. I stayed at the 11th floor. Great view. We are in front of the central plaza, near of Sarandi street with libraries, coffee shops, restaurants, street vendors. It is good just to stay in the lobby, very confortable and warm. The 2nd floor, for expositions, brings locals to the hotel, what is good too. More live music, please, it is s good.

Should have a accessible ramp to the front door. The coffee maker in the room could be better. It is good to give lemonade but in paper cups (rather than plastic) would be better for the planet.
