Pools were lovely. Breakfast very good. Staff at breakfast very helpful. Nice towels and robes.

At reception nobody explained where everything is, how it works, which facilities we can use, or where to find it. We were shown through a door and when we turned around for more information, we were left stranded alone in the passage. It is obvious that guests who come often are treated differently. We felt very out of place and had to look and see what other guests do. Putting a booklet as a guide in a guests hands and leaving them is not good service. We really felt offended. I had to go back to reception to ask where the swimming pools were! Our bed had two mattresses that separated the whole time.

The wi-fi in the room 210 didn't work.We asked the staff to do something.They called the technician who said everything was all right, but the wi-fi continued not to work.This is a problem which should be fixed because we are not the fist ones to complain about it !

The hotel and staff made a very good impression on us. It should be noted the cleanliness of the pools, the SPA and the entire territory (the staff of the SPA, especially the mud baths, are very friendly and professional, although they do not communicate in English). Three meals a day are varied, especially lunch and dinner, the menu is very well composed, consists of an aperitif, four first and second courses to choose from. The chef prepares varied and tasty dishes. It should be noted the work of the restaurant staff, who serve well and quickly (especially Irene and Marino).

1. It is desirable that there are sheets for wiping down near the sauna. 2. For stays longer than a week, free replacement of bathrobes.

Swimming pools. Food good, reception staff good.

Spa staff. Very brusque and unfriendly pedicurist. Manager of spa ignored me for 10 minutes talking to other. Staff. Decided not to have further treatments.

The area andnlocation were fantastic. The pool and personal were great.

1 bottle of water with lunch and dinner should be complimentary not added to the price. Also more italian and pasta main dishes. The.kitchen tried to make more frenc cuisine as main dishes

Everything is appsolutely clean. Hotel is very well furnished. Swimming pools are nice, both front and pool gardens are pleasent places to sit and rest. Breakfest and dinner offer various type of mostly Italian and French culinary and everything were very tasty. There were also two gala dinners during our stay with excellent buffet entree and good accompanied with accoustic piano and discret singing. Prices at pool bar and restaurant are reasonable and fair, spritz, coctails and wines are very good, as well as sallads and snacks. Excellent both for few days and longer stay, especially as it is very quit and in the same time in very central area of Abano Terme.

First two days I had impression that hotel prefer and more respect guests from "Old West Europe". I don't have any important issues or special remark, however. After two days that was changed in our case and we have a really pleasent time there and will definitly come back again.

The stuff was wonderful, super friendly and very helpful! the hotel is run with lots of attention and is a fantastic value for money! The spa facilities are great - we‘d love to come back!

Clean, roomy and elegant bedroom. Super friendly staff. The pools are large and have a good variety of water massages. It was a great location for a romantic escapade!

If you ask for a Spritz at the bar, ask for extra Aperol: they make them a little light :)
