Very modern and comfortable. You will also receive a link to an information brochure in various languages ​​in the e-mail. Once again, you will receive all the information on paper when you arrive at the reception. The staff is very nice and helpful. 2. The hotel is in a very good location, near the park and the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, cafes. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, tidy, spacious. 3. Pools and other. The pools are clean, tidy, spacious, although there are many people, you don't feel like you're in a crowd, there are enough sunbeds by the pool, you can rent bathrobes and pool towels at the reception, it's very convenient. We tried the Roman Irish rout procedure with various saunas and pools, we really liked it, the woman who provided this service was very kind and friendly. 4. Room. We lived in a Family room, with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with furniture and a hot tub (with lighting, wifi, speakers, you can play musicfrom your phone). The view from the terrace is excellent, to the Euganean hills, all rooms have access to the terrace. We liked everything so much that we additionally booked a late check-out. Bar to room service is very reasonably priced. 5. Food. The price included breakfast, the variety is really good, both food and drinks, nice staff. You can also order lunch and dinner, but we ate in the city. 6. We were very satisfied, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it

Overnight during a multi-day bicycle trip. Abano Terme itself is a bit of a declining spa, whose glory years are rather behind it. The hotel delighted us with very large rooms and a spa area open until late in the evening. Breakfast very plentiful with a diverse selection of dishes, definitely above Italian standards. Staff very friendly helpful. Recommended.

Nothing at all.

The room was spacious, confortable and had a good teras. From which the view was nice (but you have to book the "garden view"). The staff was friendly. In particular the housekeeping, also very helpfull; our room lacked a safe and only mentioning this made them arrange immediately. Altogether we enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend for some very relaxing time.

The restaurant only offered a fixed menu (2 choices main course) and a fixed entrance slot. So, for some flexibility you have to dine outside the hotel. Like in many places, the beds at the pool were kept occupied by tawels most of the day and only by guest for a little while in the morning and/or late afternoon. But we do realise that this selfish attitude of people is difficult to manage... The airconditioning in the room was either not working or at least not easy to handle. But we did not bother so much and maybe it could have been solved when we asked.

Everything was excellent—only good things. It is not my style of preferred hotel; this is why I am not giving a 10-star. But I gave the highest note on all of their services.

Not really my style. I like a boutique, small and personalized. This is a lovely well, serviced big hotel. The mistake is probably mine in the act of choosing. Not of the hotel.

The room size was amazing and the staff were very friendly at the hotel. The pool & facilities are great and the bar staff were also very accommodating.

The room was advertised, incorrectly, on booking.com as having a bath but only had a shower. There were no rooms available to change to unfortunately. The breakfast quality wasn't great, the bacon and eggs were very fatty.

Pool and terme facilities were great. Parking was fine. Daily room service was great. Breakfast was excellent.

The beds were old and worn out. Need to be replaced.

Get the breakfast better please! scrambled eggs were some of the worst I have tasted, cereal was clearly a cheap one. More variety certainly needed. Staff was very good and servicing.

The hotel is great! The staff are amazing they make you feel welcome. Every staff was incredibly generous and polite.

Check out is 1000 and they charge for parking.

but disappointed I was charged for storing my bicycle in the garage store room. Bar staff at the pool were not as friendly as the rest of the staff.
