lovely pool, nice breakfast and the room was bigger than average.

I didn't like that you had to be served for your breakfast buffet. The inevitable queues started when it got busy and the room was quite cosy which didn't help when you need to queue. The lady who was serving was kind and spoke English, but I still feel that self serve would be better and avoid the queues that occur when waiting for people to choose. Crazy lifts and difficulty to find location even using our satnav.

we had a really nice dinner in the restaurant. It was very delicious, fine dining experience with friendly stuff. had a big parking lot, even though the did not specify this on their booking.com page. the room we stayed was big and comfortable

we booked this place for its facilities, pool, spa gym etc.. However, each facility is upon booking and very expensive (additional price). this fact was not specified until we booked (with no-cancelation policy) I guess we expected a warmhearted welcome as most of Sicily people are so, but the receptionist who welcomed us was not the friendliest person during our trip.

Facilities and room were very good. The food in the restaurant was very good. Lots of parking spaces. Location a bit far from Catania but if you have a car definitely recommended as it is close to many other interesting spots and very easy to access.

Pool closes at 6 pm so basically if you want to be outside during the day you will never be able to use it. For rooms without balcony there should be a way to hang things to dry in the bathrooms. Was declined using a table in the restaurant because “it is reserved for an external” while always hotel customers should be prioritized. Interesting the table was actually never used.

staff really helpful and understanding English. Room was really nice and big, balcony was a huge plus. Restaurant and bar nice area and nice staff. Breakfast good, might be nice to have a little bit more salty options but otherwise good.

The spa area was really nice in itself but a little bit expensive. The staff at the spa didn't speak English what made it difficult to understand as they only spoke italian. But overall good experience.

Spacious rooms, clean hotel, staff are nice

We had a dog and we're not told he could not enter breakfast room with us, so had to stay in the room and was barking all the time waking up other guests. My dog was stressed alone and guest complaining. As a hotel, you need to tell guests all the rules before they book not after as we got upset by this. The next day however, we ate in the board room away from other guests.

Facilities, spacious triple room and balcony, sea view, staff, outdoor and indoor pool, private parking, good restaurant, spa. The staff told us that it is also possible to take a side street to walk to the sea without going on the main highway.

This place was great, it was very easy to get to, rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The beds were too soft. We had to change rooms for a firmer bed. Food for breakfast could be of a higher standard, but overall, it was ok.

very well maintained hotel, with pleasant and nice pool. the location is interesting and quiet, close to beautiful cities in the North. The sea is not far and beautiful snorkeling with caves. The rooms were spacious and air conditioning great!

we are forced to wear caps in the pool, which makes it clean, but not pleasant my daughter didn’t want to wear a cap so she didn’t swim

Spacey room & bathroom and terrace with sea view. Quiet all day due to its position midst a settlement about 200m above the sea (& road). Good for eating in the dinner place at the pool - it was excellent (seafood) and a lot!

It's not really close to the sea, need to walk some minutes to reach the shore with some medium nice places.
