The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

The hotel was just what we needed for a visit to the Roman site at Ostia Antica before heading to the airport and home. Clean and well located, with a handy bar for breakfast, nearby restaurant, supermarket across the road and easy parking. A nice little terrace was a good place to sit out and watch the sun go down - and enjoy the wafting scent of pastries from the nearby bakery!

Well managed. Nice rooms. This place is about half a mile (and so walking distance) from the Ostia Antiqua ruins and Ostia Antiqua train station. And relatively close the airport.

Not the fault of the property--but I thought that being closer to the airport would make it easier to get there. However it was hard to get a taxi to get to the airport.

Love the 24 hour bar/bakery that was located below the rooms. Very friendly, bright, welcoming, and safe. Also what an amazing and affordable place for breakfast!

A/C was not on turned on upon arrival. Rooms were extremely hot. We turned on A/ax immediately and it took awhile to cool down.

Nice clean room, no issues at all during our stay. There is a busy road next to the building, but we had a room facing away from it and there was very little noise. The "bar" downstairs is great for breakfast, then you can take about 50 min train ride to Rome.

Everything was perfect, the staff is amazing, the croissant is amazing. All in all we loved it. And the room having air conditioning is just the icing on the cake. We got everything we expected, and also there are gekkos! I love gekkos.

No breakfast was included in my stay BUT they’re located between TWO amazing facilities ( restaurant and bakery) both with perfect services for who decide stay at this hotel!

Everything! Place, town, streets and the the STAR of the town( Ostia Antica is one UMBELIAVEBLE local to visit!

Good breakfast, handy to Airport, all staff very accommodating. Comfortable room, although the shower screens needed attention. Great little Bar and adjoining garden area.

Perhaps a check prior by management into any small maintenance issues (eg: shower screens)

We needed a taxi in the middle of the night, and the young man behind the bar arranged it very well for us. Thanks! Overall, good value for money :)

Free and easy parking. Air conditioning, clean and comfortable. Plus a terrace to take the apéro and a great restaurant next door. Easy checkin since bar is open 7/24. Recommended
