Clean and spacious! Quiet neighborhood ! Good value for money. If you need to do the laundry, there is a washing machine (no detergent provided). Spacious kitchen with large fridge.

If you arrive straight from the airport, it won’t be an issue. We were coming from Civita Vecchia, having to deal with the Italian train hassle and delays at the same time as taking the messages and phone calls asking for our arrival time. Location is not central. A taxi to a recommended Pizzeria only 4km from the place costed 25 euros.

Silence, birdsong. Very clean, comfortable kitchen, spacious private bathroom in each room. You can get to the airport by Cotral bus or order a shuttle at night (about 25 euros). To the sea, buses 5 and 6 (small) or big blue Cotral buses. Buses that go to the sea stop near the traffic light (the road is perpendicular to the highway to the airport)

The room and facilities were very clean and pretty, it felt like a cozy home with a really comfy bed, spacious bathroom and all we needed for a one night stay. Also, they helped us schedule a pick up to go to the airport and the service was absolutely great, punctual and easy. 100% recommended!!

Just take in mind if you arrive late in night to the FCO airport you'll have to do a big line in order to get a taxi and go to this location. It is a short ride 7min but walking it would be like an hour and it is not safe because of the high ways. Tack price was 30 EUR (2023 price)

We like the place for the purposed that we made the reservation, take a sleep for a few hours between the time we arrive and the morning after! Everything was very clean, and everyone very helpful. And they let you some food for breakfast!

It’s close to the airport which is good but we had to wait 1h for any taxi driver wanted to take us to the place. And on the morning of it wasn’t Maria we would have waited the same time! I think it was a little a expensive for the need and more because you can only take a cab which is very expensive for a 6 minute drive (30€).

We sought an accomodation close to the airport where we could rest our heads, for our last evening in Italy; and this location did not disappoint - it’s a 5 minute drive to the airport, but still in a quiet location. The apartment comes with 3 rooms / each with en-suite baths and private entry, and a communal kitchen. It was perfect for our needs. Super clean, with a large mini fridge in our room, soap and toiletries (enough for our evening stay), coffee pods, cups and glasses; and a cold bottle of water in the fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped if you’re planning on a longer stay and hoping to make some meals. Gianfranco, even though we never met him, is fantastic at communicating, and the housekeeper, who met in the morning, was absolutely lovely. Also, the self-entry direction Gianfranco sends, are super clear!

Everything went very well for a short stay. Check-in went easily. Fiumicino airport was very near and the apartment was clean. It was very friendly and nice, that there were for example juice and snacks waiting for us. The lock in the door was bit challenging, but we managed. Big thanks! I like the beautiful and spacious living room equipped with a full kitchen and a washer. The bathroom is huge, clean and easy to use as well.

There are three rooms share the same property. One of the guests in other rooms returned back at about 1am and tried to unlock my room. I guess he/she might run into a wrong room not on purpose, but that woke me up and scarred me very much. The bright side is the room lock worked well. Other than that, nothing to complain.

We stayed here for the night before our departure as our plane was leaving early in the morning. The owner was helpful all the time and booked us a taxi to the airport at 4am. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and living room. You can get there from Fiumicino airport by bus + a small walk of around 5-10 min.

We were asked a taxi fee from the airport to the hotel of 40€ at first and 30€ after a bargain, so we picked the bus instead. As there was no bus at 4am the taxi cost 25€ to us.

We were very satisfied! Alberto was a wonderful host, picking us up at the airport and showing us everything we needed. Grocery store, bus stop, beaches and an ancient cemetery. At the end of our stay, Alberto printed us boarding passes and call for a taxi for 4 o'clock in the morning. The taxi even arrived earlier and the driver was very nice. The room was large and air-conditioned, the beds comfortable. There was a fully equipped kitchen, we even could use the washing machine!

It was further from the beach and the center, but we knew that - no problem! We could go by bus or on a shared scooter.

The property was very convenient for me as I needed to be near the airport. It was perfectly clean and had all facilities needed. The owner (I forget his name) was extremely welcoming and made me feel very safe (as a female solo traveler). He ensured I arrived safely and also booked me a taxi for early in the morning. Would definitely stay again!!!!
