Staff was amazing and friendly, specialy girl who was in restoran doing everything to make our bacay memorable, Ioana.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Room big like in the pictures. The staff from check in was very nice and polite. Very nice view from my room. Breakfast was tasty a variety of food from where you could choose what you like to eat, everything very clean and organised. The staff Ioana and Veswa nice ladies always with the smile on their face and ready to help you any time. I love when staff talk to you and smile to make your day and stay much nicer.

I liked the personnel (friendly and italian-, english-speaking) and the overall aesthetics of both the common hotel spaces and the room itself. I also liked that the parking is free and there were lots of available slots.

I didn't quite like the variety of food during breakfast, although it was not bad, just nothing fancy. Only very basic things were served - cucumbers & tomatoes, a few kinds of ham and cheese, coffee, and LOTS of different sweets (cakes, buns etc.)

Very big room and a chromecast on the tv!! Comfy mattresses, very big room. Good airconditioning! I would recommend coming here if you want to relax and have a good day(s) rest.

Too expensive room for the location. Not very close to public transport and the building is on an industrial complex. No water cooker. Even though the dirty towels were on the ground, they were not always changed but just folded and put back. Also there were some small technicalities that should have been fixed, like broken lights in the bathroom

Excellent value for money. Really spacious room, new and clean. The staff was nice.

They had a problem with the hot water (there was no hot water, I don't know for how long). When we checked in (20:30), they said a plumber was supposed to arrive within the hour, but after about 2 hours we still didn't have hot water in the shower. Was fixed later that night.

Rooms were big and clean, the Hotel was very nice - the option to check-in after 23:00 from an outside terminal is really cool for late travelers like myself. There are plenty of parking spots - so no worry for not finding one even if arriving late.

The rooms were a bit could - which is not really a problem for me, but might be a problem for other visitors.

We visited the hotel for the second time and once again we were extremely satisfied. This time we ordered a breakfast, which is rich and everyone can find something they like. The hotel is in a great location right by the highway. It's a 15-minute drive to the Garda Lake. There is a huge shopping center near the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location for a night's rest, just next to the highway. Very nice place in general - seems like a place that's been in a far higher class but has come into its years without much investment. So it has the charm of the past - while everything is kept clean and in order. The breakfast was fine and much more than what we expected for the price.

No drinks at night - there are vending machines but they are switched off. I would have really wished for a cold beer after driving 6 hours but had to look at it though glass without being able to get it.

Maybe the biggest B&B Hotel that I have every visited and its was really nice. Room was simple, but comfortable. Late check-in was no problem.

There was a sign in the elevator that a large group was leaving early the next morning and that breakfast would be busy. They were right! The line to get coffee was long, but none of this is really the fault of the hotel, it is just a once in a while occurrence, so I understand.
