We had the pleasure of staying at Residence Ulivi in Italy, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This charming hotel exceeded all our expectations. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Residence Ulivi shows the passion of its manager, Ricardo. From the moment we arrived, his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay were evident. He went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed that made our visit truly special. The apartment at Residence Ulivi was exceptional. It was clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The pool was great, a lot of free parking, a giant supermarket 1 minute drive, and we had very good wifi. There is a great on-site restaurant, with a great breakfast and awesome coffee, and a convenient location of Residence Ulivi, which made our visit very easy, close to many attractions nearby: Gardaland, Movieland, Bardolino harbor and Garda Thermal Water Park. If you're seeking an authentic Italian experience with exceptional hospitality, look no further than Residence Ulivi. My family's stay was truly memorable, and I can't wait to return. The pool area was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful. The place quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning was very good almost too good.

It would have been nice with a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Although it was nice with the dolce gusto coffee machine.

Large and comfortable rooms, with fully equipped kitchen, tv, AC and fast internet. Amazing shady garden with olive trees and big swimming pool which never felt too crowded. Perfect location, between Verona and Garda lake. Good breakfast at the restaurant next door. Attentive and welcoming manager, always available to help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay and I will come back!

The outdoor space, the breakfast and the fact that there was a good restaurant on the property. The restaurant staff was super friendly. The A/C worked great!!!

The fact that, for being considered apartments, there is no washer. The bathrooms could be updated. Weird light switches.

Nice little place. Ricardo the host and the other staff are very welcomimg and friendly. Ricardo is always somewhere around the house if you need help or if you have questions. He is happy to give tips about the area. The restaurant next to the place is also very good. Breakfast also good with very good coffee.

it was quiet place for perfect relax with great olive garden, large and deep pool. Very comfortable room and equipment. Client and personal approch. I would definitely recommand it!

if you have request for the floor you must send it in advanced. We assumed to stay in first floor near to pool because of childrem, but we had a room in first floor. but finally it was not a problem for us. what I want to say if you want to have room on specific floor you should ask for it.

Nice quiet location, surrounded by beautiful olive gardens to the front and back with an outdoor swimming pool at the back for when the weather is warm. The residence is managed by a lovely family who are very welcoming and friendly. Their two daughters were so nice and played with our 5 year old daughter over the few days we stayed. We initially booked 2 nights, but really liked it and wanted to stay for another 2. They didn't have the next night unfortunately so we went away for one night and then came back again for another 2! The rooms have a kind of rustic aesthetic which I liked. They were well maintained, and clean, with enough towels provided for all of us and no surprise costs. For dinner we always went to the Locanda next door which was so nice and I highly recommend trying it. The breakfast was included in the rate and is served in that restaurant and we loved it, a lovely way to start the day. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back for sure next year. Don't hesitate to book a stay here if you're looking for a nice quiet place to unwind. The location is handy also as it's about 10-15 minutes drive from Gardaland and a 5 minute walk to the HUGE supermarket down the road. What more do you need ☺️.

Everything was very good. From arrival to departure. Swimming pool and the use of spa facilities a big plus. Breakfast taken in the restaurant next door was very good.

Nice place, great pool and garden, large apartement, good restaurant. Place is quite close to Lago di Garda (you still need a car). Very nice and helpful host.

The host was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. the room was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, with a lot of space for the kids to play around.
