It was a large room with a comfortable bed and spacious very clean well-lit bathroom and good towels. Excellent a/c. First hotel in Sardinia and Sicily that has provided Kleenex and good space to open two suitcases. Very good breakfast. Walking distance (15 minutes) to historic part of town.

The first hotel in Sardinia and Sicily that did not provide a free bottle of water upon arrival in our room.

We recommend staying in this hotel for 100%! The staff was amazing - very good english and very very friendly! They helped us with everything we needed, even prepared breakfast for us in the 5 AM. The hotel was clean, located in a quiet location and still close to the city centre (15 mins by walk), also close to the airport (15 mins by car). However, you will need a car if you want to go to the beaches outside of the city centre (we were there in a peak season and wanted to avoid the crowds in Maria Pia beach). If we come to Alghero, we will come to this hotel for sure!

We had littlw issues with the aircondition but the hotel staff helped us!

Nice cozy hotel in a quiet neibhorhood. Nothing too spectacular, standard hotel. Not far from coastal panoramic promenade for a walk that leads to old town.

Distance to oldtown is a good 20-30 min walk. Seems closer than it actually is. Breakfast is a standard boufet with selection of cold meats and cheese, some pastries, no warm food like in some other places like scramble eggs, sausages etc... Not a complain, but something to be aware off. Some noises could be clearly heared from adjecent rooms, not too bad but had better experience before in similar priced hotels accross Europe.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hospitable service at reception which stays opened 24 hours per day (excellent for late check in). Very good communication via Bookings.com app's messaging: hotel's assistant replied straight away and I got all required clarification about my reservation. Available sweet and/or savory food at breakfast buffet.

Hotel Angedras was the perfect base for our time in Alghero. We stayed for 6 nights and hired a car to explore the area as well as Alghero itself. The hotel is a little bit out of the old town, but it was perfect for always having somewhere to park and easily coming and going. At first I was worried we were a bit too far out of the main part of town, however by the end of the stay we’d found some terrific, more local places to eat and drink around the hotel. The walk into the old town along the promenade is very pleasant. We also appreciated the simplicity of the room - it was spacious and comfortable with great aircon, exactly what you want to come back to after a day hiking or at the beach. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was great too.

The walls between rooms seemed to be pretty thin, and the balconies are very close together so if you have the doors open you’ll also get noise from other rooms. This wasn’t a major downside. The area is quiet and with a 24 hour reception we knew that if there was one particularly noisy room we could raise it with the hotel staff.

Stefania checked us in when we arrived around 4pm. She was lovely and welcoming. Since it was our first time in Sardinia, she took her time to suggest things to do and places to eat. Though it was only 1 night , we enjoyed our stay and much had to do with her inviting welcome to Alghero and to Sardinia. The light breakfast offered , complimentary, was a nice touch .

Curtains to the doors to the small balcony in the room were light colour. It did not block out street lights nor sunlight. Makes it hard to sleep. Bed was a little firmer than expected

The staff at this hotel are exceptional.They are so friendly and helpful. You are greeted with warmth and a smile on arrival and they will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect just a 15 min stroll to the old town

Some hot breakfast options would be nice but really just an observation as breakfast was continental and plentiful

Friendly, kind, polite and helpful staff, 0-24 front desk, really 5* in hospitality. Quiet neighborhood, nice building, with free under garage parking (spots are limited).

The breakfast was crowded, there were dozens of people in a really small room. Also when someone smoke cigarette on the terrace of the next room, we felt the odor in our room.

This was the perfect location for Alghero - in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the city center. Parking was always available near the hotel. The balcony with table and chairs was great. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff members were kind and gave us good information about places to visit in Sardegna. The room was comfortable.

The breakfast was good but the space where the food was laid out was crowded at times. Many times, there was line to get caffè’. A more efficient layout might be considered.

Really liked the welcoming hostess, unfortunatelly did not learn her name, who really helped us with the choice of restaurants, as well as with two glasses for our after-dinner tasting of a good local wine, and a bottle opener ;) nicelly designed hotel, really simple, minimalistic, with own parking. Good breakfast, including quite a variety of cakes.

Probably the only thing we missed was a kettle to prepare a tea or coffee in the room, but no real problem.
