All of the staff, at the desk, at breakfast and cleaning were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, basically on the beach and 20 minute walk to Alghero. We rented bikes for a day from the hotel which was great fun. The pool area was really nice and never felt too busy and holy moly the breakfast was AMAZING!

We liked everything! Might be worth noting that the rooms are equipped with TVs but are not soundproof. The room next to us played their TV quite loudly and we could hear it, especially during the night. We were able to ask them to turn it down and we believe reception would have been able to accommodate us easily if we had asked them.

The hotel was very well situated near to the beach and a scenic walk to the old town. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Maria the maid in the 3rd floor was delightful.

The rooms on the 3rd floor are quite dated, we could see that the rest of the hotel has been upgraded. The pool area could do with some TLC

We fell absolutely in love with this place. Furniture was amazingly beautiful, there was much space in the room as well as in the bathroom. Everhing was clean and tidy 😊. Location is convenient, close to the train station and close to the sea. It takes about 20-25 minutes to reach historical city centre by foot, but you can take a stroll next to the beach, which is wonderful :). I hope I will come back to this hotel once again in the future.

Very clean hotel throughout. Large room. Excellent location for reaching the beach and the town once you are prepared for a very pleasant walk along the sea front.

Discovering that the pool was closed on arriving was very disappointing. Reading some of the reviews I can see that improvements are necessary. Advance notice of the pool closure may or may not have changed my decision to stay at Riviera but it was an attraction when booking. However the cleanliness and location of the hotel compensated for this negative point. Stayed in the 3rd floor which has not yet been renovated. Some extra electricity sockets are neededThe small deep bath tub , like most other reviews have mentioned is difficult to use.

Stated as private parking available, I wanted this but was told none was available and we had to park on the street. Info in booking.com is incorrect and staff were unapologetic - just park in the street. Nice pool but no bar at all. I like a Beer by the pool and this is a serious “will not go again” factor

The hotel, rooms, pool are very comfortable. The stuff is helpful and gentle. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The best italian coffee variations are made by stuff. Les Arenes is a close restaurant, it has a good cuisine and is good for families with children, they have a playhouse inside.

Room a little small for three people. We did not get breakfast any morning as we thought 15 euro per person just to high. As this would have made it cost 45 euro every morning. Would have liked a balcony but location was perfect and the hotel was spotless. But do have to say the location was brilliant for the beaches and the town. And do have to mention how fantastically clean the hotel was. Beds done everyday, clean towels and room cleaned from head to toe.

I think there is no hotel parking spots available, but we came by bus. I have no other negative points
