Breakfast room was lovely. Staff very friendly. Hot food was disappointing. The eggs were terrible every day. The juices were so sweet they were undrinkable. Pasteries were very good. Coffee machine needs to be upgraded. I only drink tea so wanted hot water was all I needed but coffee came out of the hot water function.

Some of the sunbed loungers around the pool were broken & only 2 umbrellas worked. The sunbeds part of the hotel in front of the hotel were meant to be a discounted price but were the same as other beds on the beach. If they were free or maybe €5 per bed it would be a great perk. The elevator was broken every day.

Location was fantastic hotel was clean. The old man doing the sun beds a gent and his little dog living the best life. Staff in beach bar all very nice. Coffee in beach bar top coffee.

One or two of the staff were not very nice others were very helpful. One woman on reception was like she was having a bad day even day. Hotel sun beds on beach bit of a scam 20 euro for 2 and an umbrella no deals for staying at hotel in all the money you are giving them we did ask. Nowhere to lock up your cases on day you are leaving they are left beside reception desk or nowhere to have a wash before you leave for airport i asked and was told to use outside shower at pool and not to use shampoo. 3 nights we had no hot water to shower i was told I was only person to say this.

Location. We had 1 bedroom apartment overlooking/facing sea. It was a very good size & and very well maintained. I loved sitting on balcony in evening sun. We had a 2 ring hob & fridge in apartment which were handy for breakfast & lunch. Very high standards of cleaning.

As we were self catering kettle & toaster in kitchen would have been nice. Sunbeds on beach were a little expensive but area was well maintained, and it was so handy to go out front of hotel to beach.

Location is fantastic and great value, reception staff are all lovely and helpful ,beach is across the road you can easily walk up to the old town , everything is accessible from the Hotel location wise.

Breakfast and breakfast staff are the only thing that let the Hotel down , you would be better to go across the road or up to the town but it wouldn't put me off going back- don't pay for the breakfast,then if you really want to one morning do that instead of paying for it every day,then you'll get an idea !

The breakfast was very tasty but the same things were served every day. More variety of served food will be nice. The room was nice above the swimming pool. it was nice to sit there in the evening or the morning with coffee. The room was equipped with a small kitchen. that was very helpful.

more variety of served food for breakfast will be great. We emailed the reception in advance that we needed to check in earlier than it was on booking.com. We got a response that there would be no problem without any additional charge but unfortunately, we had to wait about 2 hours for the room.

Very relaxed. Staff very friendly and helpful . People on the desk very professional and helpful. Breakfast provided multiple choices. Location perfect, beach across the road with sun beds cheap to rent for the day. Most relaxed holiday I have had and will definitely go back.

They have a beautiful piano in the lobby and there was no one playing this. Being a singer myself I would have loved to have heard some music. There was no music playing at all in the hotel bar and I felt that this would have been a lovely thing to have as you can meet other guests and other people staying in Alghero who would visit the hotel bar.

Just some black soot from a boiler/generator on the hotel roof that made the balcony floor a little black on a couple of occasions. Breakfast food should be covered to protect from flies. This was a pity in such a clean hotel. This would make a huge difference to breakfast quality. Warm breakfast bacon/egg wasn't very good, bacon very fatty, scrambled egg not very fresh looking and frankfurters instead of pork sausages.

You walk out of the front door of the hotel literally onto its private beach! The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. The breakfast is good, the swimming pool an excellent size

To be really picky...the shower cubicle was small, the twin room a little small perhaps but the location MORE THAN compensates for this.

The breakfast was great. There were an ample variety of foods so that everyone could be happy. The room was very nice. The location was super duper awesome. It's literally right in front of the beach and there are restaurants near as well as a supermarket and other stores. Top notch location! The beach and water were amazing!

Perfect accommodation for our stay.

Facilities for self-catering could do with updating and restocking.
