The location is excellent, in the centre of Amalfi and close to the main square, the bus station and the coast. The host is very kind, polite, and accommodating. The hotel and room are very clean and cleaning service is daily. The facilities are dated, but for me, personally, this adds some charm. It felt like going back in time somehow.

The bath silicone must be redone as it has accumulated some mould.

The hotel was right in the center of Amalfi. I checked in after dark by myself and it was very nice to have a person at the desk who was expecting my arrival. The staff were so helpful and kind, and thankfully spoke more English than I spoke Italian. The hotel itself was clean, charming, and had such beautiful character. Breakfast was fantastico, diverse local food and fresh. I highly recommend for anyone’s stay in Amalfi. I have stayed in multiple hotels and room throughout this trip and this was by far the most comfortable and charming.

Breakfast was perfect - very fresh croissants, cake option, fresh boiled eggs, bread, yogurts, cornflakes, jam,butter, fresh fruit. Location was excellent - right in the heart of Amalfi.. Very close to the beach. Numerous options of restaurants, patisseries around. We were only booked for 1 night but stayed 3 nights. Santos and his family were excellent hosts. Santos managed to book us for another 2 nights .. Santos was such a gentleman and extremely polite.

Hair dryer was very outdated- took longer to dry the hair but it wasn’t an issue as everything else was perfect.

Excellent location with a lovely balcony looking out over the water. Rooms were clean and had character! Very comfortable pillows which we have struggled to find in Italy so far. Lovely and helpful staff - we briefly had issues connecting to the wifi in our room and the staff went above and beyond in getting this issue fixed promptly.

I hate to leave anything negative about this place as overall we really loved the accomodation and would stay again. It was however quite noisy outside until the early hours of the morning. Given the location and it being a Saturday night I guess this is somewhat expected and I’m sure other places in the heart of Amalfi would be similar.

I don't think you could have a better location to experience Amalfi. The proximity to everything is perfect and the room was beautiful. For the cost, I could have never imagined the beauty of this property and the joy it was to stay there.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing the property is. I can't imagine not liking any aspect of my stay or the property. If you are fortunate enough to stay, do so.

Everything! The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, with a beautiful view to the sea. Amazing! The location is perfect, super close to everything (restaurants, ferry, buses, beach). I would say that the pictures is not fair with the reality, because the room is super great. It's more than I was expecting. The staff are kind! Thank you!

the only negative point is that the water in the bathroom takes a while to go down the drain, accumulating water while you shower. But other than that everything was excellent. I will definitely come back to Amalfi and stay at this hotel.

The best location, right in the middle of the city 2 mins from bus and ferry terminal. The gentleman in the reception and staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast was the best we had during our 5 days trip. The salami and cheese were great change after 4 days of sweet breakfasts elsewhere. I loved the pretty balcony and the view to the sea.

The room is old indeed, the bathroom needs renovation for sure but if you only sleep there, the other things - location, staff, breakfast - will compensate it and overall we left with a nice memory.

it is as described. a three star suits. clean, comfortable and the price was in accordance to the other options in the area, although ( too expensive in my opinion...the whole area there is just over prices, and i was there in the begining of the season) hotel manger was a nice person, who tried to help as much as he could. he is a bit older. english was basic, but was a very nice person. .room was basic but clean and maintained. the loction was exellent by any means. ...there is an issue with coming with a car, so read about the parking issue before hand. over all was a nice stay for a one night driving through amalfi

if you have big lagguage and you come late you will have to pick them up yourself. it can be very noisy if you leave the window open, other wise it is fine as they have very good separtation with double windows. . I would have loved an option for espresson in the morning. and the parking issue that was a bit of a surprise , but was my fault as i didn't read.

Close to the main tourist road and I had a really nice big room with some lovely old decorations to make it feel like a period property. I also had a small balcony with a table and chairs which was perfect for a break and a view of the sea.

The shower itself was very very small and a little bit old fashioned. Also the hotel was very tricky to find as it was not sign posted. You need to know to climb the hidden stairs to get to it.

Great location off the main square, yet very quiet. Room had a terrace with seating and overlooking the port/sea which was lovely. Clean, good air-conditioning in room (a necessity in the summer heat!) very good value hotel.

Bathroom is quite outdated, but serviceable. Would be nice to have a full-length mirror in the room.
