A very friendly staff with great breakfast included. Plenty of free parking at the hotel and just across the road. Beautiful view from the room window.

Breakfast times are 7:00-9:00 which is a bit short for someone arriving late at the hotel after a long drive or flight.

The property is just outside the near city if Aosta in a suburb called Pollein. The hotel is well located to tKe the gondola to Pila for skiing. The facilities and rooms were good, and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

There could have been more parking at the front of the hotel - there is a new restaurant below the hotel ( whjch is very good) which meant if that parking was full we had to park across the street- but it was nt hugely inconvienient

We loved everything. Very well located a short distance from AOSTA town. The reception was very welcoming. The rooms (we were two couples) were large and very clean. Seems like the property was recently refurbished as all was as expected. There was a lot of choice for breakfast with amazing sweets. The pancakes and pistachio croissants were my extreme favourites. Cannot end this review without mentioning the staff at reception and breakfast. They were all so courteous and helpful. Especially when we asked for help about the places we wanted to visit and places to eat.

Nothing. However we would recommend a small safe in the room. We weren't very comfortable running around with our passports and extra cash.

Beautiful hotel! Only stayed there one night but wish we could stay longer. Comfortable and clean room, had everything we needed - the stunning view from our window in the morning was a super bonus. Rich and tasty breakfast. *Extra points for the wonderful staff we met in the morning, especially the girl helping with breakfast- so sweet and polite. Well done!! Even the restaurant on the ground floor, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, was really convenient to visit when we arrived at night time (and the food delicious!), so added to the experience. All perfetto 👌🏼

Nothing we didn't like. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it. We left very happy !

Impeccably clean and super friendly service

The room was in the front facing the street. We could definitely hear street noise, but at a reasonable level. We thought it would be in a more natural setting. It wasn't. Also, if you didn't pay for the spa, you could not access the garden and view from behind. That was probably the worst thing, and really pointless. Especially since all the pictures were of the garden and view. All we wanted to do was enjoy a drink and admire the view. Not cool

We had a good stay at Diana. The room was spacious and clean with minibar, air conditioning, beautiful view of the mountains. Everything you need is there. The hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace with a pleasant selection. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel, so after dinner you just have to go upstairs to your room. Everything is highly recommended.

The street in front of the house is a bit noisy.

Loved the hospitality of the staff, loved the location, Ample parking space, super clean and has a very good restaurant under the hotel.

nothing that I did not like at all but it would have been great to have a more varied breakfast selection and that the fresh orange juice was provided for free. otherwise all was perfect.

Everything was outstanding. All the staff is very friendly and supportive, more than usual. I have to thank you all for how you made us feel. Location is very nice, near Aosta with a confy and usefull parking right in front of the hotel. Spa and sauna are just wonderfull. In all corners of the hotel the clean is just perfect as a top 5 stars. Rooms are lange, confortable, well fitted with everything. Beds are absolutely great. Strong wifi. The breakfast offers very good quality products, clearly choice with care, for all tastes. The vibe in this hotel is special ! A great expresso. It's simple, a wonderfull experience from all points of view. We have to thank you ! This is about to do things with love !

I just wished I could have stayed longer. If I had only know how great this place would be, I would have planned my trip enterely different and spent more time in Vale d'Aosta at Hotel Diana

We really liked this hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, the breakfasts were very good and the mountain views from our room fabulous. Everything felt of very good quality. The location is also convenient for Aosta, while far enough from the autostrada.

It was a bit hard to find places to eat in the evening without going into Aosta, but the staff were very helpful in making suggestions and bookings for us. One evening we managed to eat in The Hub underneath the hotel, which was fine and a bit different.
