We used this hotel as a stopover and only stayed for one night. Very good value for money, with free parking spaces in front of the hotel We liked the fairly central location (we walked to the centre of Aosta for dinner). The hotel is on a busy road but we asked for a room at the back so the noise didn't bother us. The breakfast was much better than we anticipated and a pleasant surprise. We will book this hotel again if we go back to Aosta.

We were there in August and it was really hot in the room despite the ventilator.

We stopped at the Hotel Mochettaz to break our trip from Paris to Padova in two. Due to traffic we arrived later than expected and later than the guaranteed opening time. Nevertheless, the staff still received us in a very friendly and helpful manner. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast great. The location is ideal and we were not disturbed by noise even though the hotel is situated at a bigger road. We can recommend Hote Mochettaz without limitations!

The hotel is located in a very convenient position, arriving from the motorway, also compared to the car park of the cable car to Pila. This is an older style hotel but very well kept and very clean. Abundant breakfast with the right dishes, homemade desserts, with the possibility of ordering ham, cheese etc.

The whole experience was excellent because the staff/owners genuinely want their guests to have the best possible stay. Wonderful place, clean, convenience to highway, parking, fantastic views, fresh /homemade breakfast, great start to the day,. Dont miss the opportunity. Will be back.

Easily accessed for the town of Aosta. The host was very friendly. The continental breakfast was much more than we had expected, with ample choice for 2 of our party who are gluten intolerant. I would highly recommend this hotel for those needing a convenient overnight stop in Aosta.

Everything... Amazing stay, very nice staff, clean room, tasty breakfast and on top very well priced. Recommended if you are visiting Aosta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mochettaz. The room was very clean, spacious and a brilliant place to stop overnight. It was a very welcoming atmosphere in the hotel and the breakfast buffet that was provided was perfect. The family who run the hotel were incredible and went out of their way to help us whilst we stayed there. Would recommend this hotel to everyone - we will definitely be returning :)

The communication was excellent and the hosts were very hospitable. Room was clean, beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The views from our top floor room were absolutely stunning 🤩 5star⭐️

It is not very central and on a noisy road but well set back thankfully .

A good selection for the continental breakfast, including fresh fruit and local yoghurt. On the way down south we had booked 2 bedrooms, a twin for our teenage children, and a double. They both faced the back, so were very quiet and it was possible to leave the bathroom or bedroom window open at night. On the way back up we had the family room - we were pleasantly surprised to see that it consisted of a little private hallway and 2 separate bedrooms - a big double bedroom (with an extra single bed) and a smaller room with twin beds, as well as a bathroom.

Mirrors in the bedrooms would be really handy, and not just in the bathroom (especially in the family room where you share the one bathroom).
