Upon arrival, it looks a bit like a set from a James Bond film! Hypermodern architecture and an immense reception hall. It's a wonderful modern hotel, with very friendly staff and beautiful, spacious rooms. Breakfast is 'Italian', with a lot of choice. We chose the hotel for the Tesla superchargers: they are abundantly available. Together with lots of parking space.

Very little storage room (only open space for hanging cloths; no drawers or closets). It's conveniently close to the Arezzo city centre, but still about 10km away. On the other hand, it's a perfect central location to visit everything te be seen in a 50km radius (and that's a lot !)

The location was perfect: it is just few hundreds meters from the exit from the highway, on which we were driving to reach our holiday destination. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, with superfresh croissants.

The room was a bit tired: renovation seems to be needed, especially for the dented forniture. The style is a bit kitsch, but I assume to be the personal taste. The hotel also has got an impersonal atmosphere, which is fine for one night.

Very large.

The property is very dirty. Or the appearance of dirty. Stained carpets and lights not working. Hotel looks like it’s stuck in 2006 at the height of cobalt blue lights and super chic design.

Hotel is modern, beds are very comfortable, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, pool, dinner and easy access to motorway. Perfect stay for one night with covered underground garage.

Very spaceous, clean, easy access 24h/day, just by the highway. Perfect spot to stay if you are just passing by and need a place to stay for the one night. Breakfast was very good.

Great room design. Friendly staff. Tesla supercharger on site (was important for us). Cool swimming pool. Nice breakfast.

The pool bar has run out of beer after the 1st bottle.

The outside pool was closed, the inside pool was extra paid.

Location close to the motorway, very convenient for people looking for a stop during their journey. Easy to park, good breakfast (no eggs) but with fresh fruits, very friendly staff. Amazing decoration, futurist design in the middle of nowhere!

Room doors were sometimes difficult to close. The door of the room of our children did not close.
