A nice quiet, conveniently located hotel. The location was ideal - a very short walk (5-7 minutes!) to the train station! There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant options nearby too. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spacious room. The staff was friendly, especially the bellhops. On point!

The breakfast selection was just ok, and the hours were fairly condensed. I arrived at 10:15 am, but it was a sharp close at 10:30 am so there weren't many options on the line and I was not permitted to stay to finish my coffee.

Good location, very nice helpful staff and the room was comfortable. The gentleman on the front desk when we checked in was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and marked them on a map for us. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view of Arezzo. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was probably understaffed on the night we were there. The staff were doing their best but probably one more staff member in the evening would have helped given the number of guests.

Room comfortable, bathroom ok. The roof terrace was delightful, overlooking the town with comfortable seating. Excellent situation with easy access to station, shops and restaurants and right at the start of the street antique market. The two porters were so nice and helpful.

We had a tiny balcony overlooking a dumping area so did not use it as the roof terrace was lovely. Breakfast was ok, not much fresh fruit. No English speaking channels on TV.

Very nice room with plenty of lighting and a nice bathtub. Good location for sightseeing .

Staff was all extremely unfriendly. No smiles, no eye contact , no friendly greetings nor help with heavy suitcases when leaving the hotel door with stairs. No apologies even for their mistakes: gave me somebody's receipt with a wrong amount. Was confined in a basement toilet for more than five minutes as the lock was defective and was not able to open. It is really unfortunate as the hotel was physically most comfortable . I thought that they were not in the right business but then it could be the characteristics of the people in this area.

over all very good- Danielle met us and took our luggage at the entrance and was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. great location, spacious rooms although ours were a teeny bit dated. having said that the bathroom were nice and modern- great showers (other than being cold on one day!) and lovely big soft towels. breakfast was fine- offered good range of gluten free for me- you just need to ask! value for money you couldn’t go wrong.

just the slight stale smoke smell and the lack of hot water one day but that’s just being very picky.

Great location, a short walk from the train station, and close to the main shopping and dining streets as well - an easy walk for anyone. A very European type of hotel in is interior design but very clean. Front desk was not the warmest part of the experience but the rest of the staff were warm and they bent over backwards to please. Beds were hard but that seems to be the case in the majority of European hotels. This is a very nice hotel and I would have zero hesitation about staying here again.

Front desk staff were a bit cold and stern, but not rude. They did their jobs with efficiency. The rest of the staff were the opposite - very warm and welcoming. Other than that, no complaints.

Excellent location! Despite being an "old style" (Victorian) hotel, the rooms are modern and very clean. The terrace is just gorgeous! Take a bottle of wine up there and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is also very good. It doesn't have it's own parking, but there's a large public parking about two blocks away with some kind of deal with the hotel, affordable prices.

The interior of the hotel has an old fashioned look but it is run efficently. Drop off parking available diractly outside the hotel and they have an agreement with a public car park a short (150m) walk away for long stay parking. Room very clean, bathroon a good size and beautifully tiled, powerful shower. Location excellent for walking to major sights. Wonderful roof terrace with great views of the town. Decent breakfast options in large room.

Hotel seemed slightly understaffed but all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We belive they should emphasise the parking options more fully in their advertising.

The staff was outstanding very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I really only had one negative thing to say. Where my room was located I had to take the lift walk down the hallway up and down a flight of stairs which was a little hard to figure out. when I left it was very early so there was no Porter and I had to carry my luggage up those stairsI know to expect those things in hotels of this age so I could also learn to pack lighter.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was outstanding and I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Our room had a beautiful furniture and so comfortable! The location is amazing, at piazza Guido Monaco, near of everything!!! The staff was amazing, especially Daniel, so kind with us! The breakfast was tasty and they put a beautiful Christmas furniture! We loved it!
