Via Roma 25 is excellently located in the city centre, a few minutes' walk from the train station. Our room was bright and modern, with a good sized bathroom. Gabriella was an excellent host, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast she provided was excellent, with everything you might need.

I have stayed at over 500 Hotels/B&B's, and Gaby is by far the best host!! Very attentive and quick response times. The location is right were the action is, and directly across from the the bus stop. I would return in a Heartbeat!!! Recommend the Christmas market, a must see!!

All was great!!

The best of the 5 hotels I used during this road trip. It was a last minute booking and when we arrived everything was pristine and the extra bed already made. Elena was a darling and provided us with an emergency contact if we needed anything during the night. It is a pity that I could not stay longer but n Arezzo because the location of the B&B is sensational. Grazie!

The room was very clean and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and responded promptly to questions and emails. I would definitely recommend for a trip to Arezzo.

The location in the heart of Arezzo . Few steps away from the historical center! Super clean & comfortable. Modern designed. Gaby is amazing super friendly makes you feel home 🏠

Gabriella was charming, accomodating and had good advice. A very warm and happy person. She was the owner. A very safe place and Ideal location. The building was a 1930's, Deco era structure with all new room fixtures. Lighting was extra perfect, a desk to work at if needed and pleanty of closet space. We would stay there again without hesitation and look forward to doing so.

Thee location was excellent if you want to be right in the center of town, you can walk everywhere. She was fantastic at welcoming us in and arranging the parking. The host was lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. One of the cleanest places we have stayed at - it was spotless!

It was pretty small, and the street noise was pretty l.oud but it was the weekend.

Stylish and beautiful rooms each based on one of the four elements, in an excellent location for exploring Arezzo. Gaby was a terrific host, friendly and helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast with a huge range of choices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Areezo… The B & B via Roma 25 was a very comfortable and beautiful place to spend the night, the room was extremely clean to a very high standard… it is in a great location!!! I’ll look forward to returning some day and will definitely stay here again.
