Great breakfast. Clean and large room

Not in Assisi so you need to take a taxi or local bus to get to assisi

We had a good, last minute stay here. I booked literally the morning of check-in while I was on the train to Assisi. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was easy to find. We were greeted by two lovely ladies and were told that our room wasn't ready--which was okay. They kept our bags as we went to find lunch. Lots of places to eat nearby! Upon check-in, we were actually shown to our room by a lovely man. Our room was large with lots of space to place our luggage. AC worked. Our view from the window was of a restaurant and it wasn't that loud at night, but then again, we stayed during the week. Breakfast was okay and we wished there was a bit more variety--nothing was hot. Take the bus from the train station to get to the old town--it was an easy trip!

Breakfast didn't include any hot items--no hot eggs or potatoes. Hard boiled egg would have been a good option, too!

The hotel is top of the league, with really good rooms, comfortable beds, and enviable location (10min walk to the train station, and just a 1 minute stroll from the church of Santa Maria Degli Angeli / Porziuncola). The swimming pool is not massive but big enough for a relaxing time, and it's by the bar/restaurant. The bus to the basilica of St Francis is just nearby.

I didn't manage to get wifi to work on my laptop, but I can't really blame the hotel as I didn't ask for help (it wasn't very important to be honest).

A fabulous place. So well located and central, very high standards of service and cleanliness and the staft were amazing so helpful and friendly. Plus the food at their restaurant was the best in town,! Loved it there.

Wonderful hotel, in the greater Assisi area. Superb staff, that were always available to us and very helpful. Great breakfast, where they even made up dishes for us that were not even being offered. Plus my big reason for staying there for 6 days, is that I was able to park my rental vehicle (at no cost).

Location could not be better - historical center, restaurants for locals, 7 min walk to train, 10 min by bus to upper town of Assisi

No veggies for breakfast, mostly sweet italian breakfast choice, but we didnt stay hungry at the end.

Staff were amazing and especially helpful in accommodating my autistic daughter’s needs.

Didn’t like being served breakfast. Would prefer to serve myself. I felt watched!!

near to the train across from the duomo staff were very helpful and could speak English

at first room was 2 hot the next week when we returned the air conditioner was on and it was great staff were very helpful

very good breakfast - lot of sweet things, very modern and clean hotel, receptionists very helpful with information, all staff very nice even at breakfast, bus stop just outside the hotel, 2 minutes walk from Porziuncola
