I stayed one night with my daughter and we found it to be a pleasant experience. The location is great - directly opposite the Assisi station. We arrived late at night so did not have much interaction with the staff, but the lady we met in the morning was pleasant. It's a quaint hotel and we loved the decor, especially old typewriter in the reception, the guitar in the corner of the stairs and the pictures around. We also liked the idea of the toys made available for children.

There was no air conditioning in the room, but there was a fan

The hotel is in a solid 1950s building, so no flimsy walls and noise from fellow guests. I had booked a room with separate private bathroom, but was actually given an en-suite room, which was a nice surprise. No air conditioning but a very effective fan, on a very hot night. Fridge in the room. The location, right opposite the railway station, the bus to Perugia airport and the bus to Assisi's historic centre, is ideal, and probably quieter and better value than hotels in the centre. Welcoming staff.

Very convinient just opposite central train station. Extremely friendly staff. Cheap 5 minutes bus trip up to Assisi on top of the mountain. Buy bus card for all your trips in coffee shop and bar in the central station building.

Only stairs to second floor but a stair lift for people with special needs to the first floor. Check with hotel on availabiliy. Breakfast not included but available in the lobby for a price. The bar located in the central train station is the only shop in the vicinity. 10 minuters walk under the rails to several good restaurants and the dome where San Francesco started his friar society. Must see!

This is a friendly little hotel right opposite Assisi railway station. My room was comfortable and clean. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lady owner very pleasant. There is a regular bus from station upto Assisi Town centre.

My shower room was down the corridor from my bedroom which was a little inconvenient. Shower unit itself was very small - only just fitted in!! Take care on stairs with heavy luggage as no lift.

This was convenient friendly host at hotel.. shower great considering venice.. cold water.. milan.. reg hotel.. Florence crazy place won't go back! Assisi awwww was a delight!

Not close to the old town so if you like to be there stay up top but it's an easy taxi ride worth the view! Not really a big issue for me but mayb for some

My room was clean, bright, and comfortable and I was always happy to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The host and staff are kind and thoughtful. I also loved that I was located in Santa Maria degli Angeli near the Basilica and in a neighborhood that had some tourists, but was more calm and filled with fantastic restaurants. I preferred being there and then easily walking or taking the bus (which comes every 20 minutes) up to Assisi. And the breakfast was lovely.

Bed is comfortable, location is perfect, and room was wide and clean. The staff is very kind and breakfast was very, very good.

There was no elevator, so it is a bit hard on people with heavy luggage and older people. But the staff was kind to help us lift the luggage.

I liked the location as this was a last minute purchase due to the strike. I wanted something close to the train station and close to food. I found the service very accommodating. My train was late and the owner left my key in the room for me as she was not going to be in the office.

We had a train to catch at 7:03 so did not have the breakfast. We choose the hotel because it was a very short walk to the Assisi train station.

It met our expectations, we were not looking for a five star hotel but a hotel that was convenient to the train station.

I spent only 1 night in Assisi ,so the location of hotel was perfect for me! Less than 1 min form the railway station. You can take a nice walk to the city center by foot, it takes around 30-40 min, but the road is so beautiful! The breakfast was good.

The bathroom out of the room is not so comfortable
