The room is/was spacious, clean, it smelled great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the view is great, too. Loved the breakfast, the lady in charge of it is very kind. If you take a bus from Pordenone, you could bump into a driver who is not that kind, which is always unexpected, especially if you previous trip was to Japan or China. Fortunately, what you will find at La Barchessa will definitely neutralise all unpleasant experiences.

The place is fantastic. Very clean, decorated in Italian style: wood, stone, concrete - just fabulous. The rooms are nice, with comfy beds, air conditioning , TV and perfect bathrooms. Our bathroom had a huge and amazing black bathtub and a shower. Downstairs - there is a shared living room with a huge sofa. There is also a dining part of the house with some snacks, fruit, pies and drinks left for us to eat (for free). Our breakfast was so delicious: savory and sweet (continental one). Welcoming host, very helpful and friendly. He speaks English as well. The place is really worth coming.

Everything was of the highest quality. There was nothing to complain about.

Overall it was a nice stay. There are some things to improve, but can’t really complaint as the price paid is more than fair for the facilities provided.

During breakfast we asked for a position from the menu which contains meat, but we requested to be prepared without meat. (omlete with bacon and cheese) The lady acknowledged, but in the end she made it with the bacon ignoring our request.

Charming restored house with comfortable and relaxing interior. Breakfast exceptionally good for Italian standards. They really did everything to comply with tastes of international guests. Little touch, like all day available use of coffee, tea, water, fruits and variety of cakes is cherry on top to wish you would be staying longer. I will go back 100%.

Absolutely nothing! All perfect!

La Barchessa is a beautiful old Italian house restored & refurbished inside to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was first class. Our room was enormous with a separate entrance, bathroom with huge tub, large wardrobe, small desk, TV and sitting chairs and a large comfortable double bed with 2 single beds.

If I could give a higher rating than 10, I would. Beautiful accommodation, immaculately clean and tidy, with quality fittings throughout. Fantastic breakfast each morning with the option of using the food bar all day and night. Secure parking located in a private courtyard, behind an electric gate. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Hands down the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in.

Everything was amazing, the house is like a fairytale, it was exceptionally clean, the beds are so comfortable and the bathroom was enormous, it was a true pleasure to be your guests, I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

The house is very beautiful and the lady who prepared our breakfast during the week was such a lovely person! She didn't speak a lot of English or German, so I learned a lot of Italian from her and she a few words in English from me. I loved that!

The doors and windows are not very soundproof at all. But just take something with you for your ears and you'll be fine :)

Upon arrival at the accommodation, nearby attractions and dinner options were recommended. A snack table with tea, fruit and cookies was offered right there in the evening. Comfortable bed. TV. Comfortable bathroom with detergents, towels. Very pleasant interior. Sweet and rich traditional Italian breakfast. Recommend. Perfect responsive staff. Very nice emotions!

Very nice and comfortable apartament. Old Venetian house was outstanding. Hosts did a very nice job in restoring and gave new life to this villa. We had a very nice history tour from host 🙂👍 Rooms were warm and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was nice.
