The hotel has a perfect location, 10 minutes on foot to the centre of the town. The room was very spacious (above your average hotel room), and breakfast was very good.

We really appreciated the hotel's location, parking close by, the space and comfort in the room and the exceptional espresso we had at breakfast.

The room was very nice. While the bed was comfortable we did not like the split in the middle. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Very nice cafe just down the street. The cost of laundry was out of sight.

this is an excellent hotel. the staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable with very good Wi-Fi. I particularly liked the emphasis on helping to improve the natural environment. also the very reasonably priced breakfast which was varied and delicious.

the room cleaners did a good job but they kept changing my towels daily even though I hadn’t indicated a change was necessary with the brown card.

The hotel was so modern and clean, can’t fault the staff or the food at breakfast.

I booked a room with a bath but unfortunately the bath plug didn’t hold the water in so that was disappointing as it’s a nice luxury to have when you are exhausted from travelling. But I didn’t want to complain as everything else about the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping staff came in everyday. I will definitely be back!

Amazing location… great room… comfortable bed… free bicycle rental which is the best way to see Pordenone

The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming, making us feel at home. And we were upgraded to a better room. The room itself was fitted out tastefully: not the usual white walls and utilitarian furniture.

Convenient location, easy walk to centre of town. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Always on hand. Lovely choice of delicious food for breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Bar Rarely open. Finding the right combination for the room lights! Couldn't get tv channels to load.

Great location to historic plaza and restaurants..huge street market on Saturdays..5 min walk from train station..clean tidy and friendly staff..

Location was amazing, just 250-300m from the train station. Room was spacious, good facilities. Serving breakfast at the table was a nice touch. Very close to shops and restaurants. Very happy with my stay at Best Western hotel Pordenone.

Electronics outside the room door were a lil outdated, had to try 4-5 times to open the door. Also the toilets could have few more basic amenities.

Breakfast was amazing and great selection of food options to suit everyone. The location was great right beside train station and close to a variety of bars/ restaurants. Staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help.

Maybe some milk in the bedrooms for the tea/ coffee making facilities.
