this is an excellent hotel. the staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable with very good Wi-Fi. I particularly liked the emphasis on helping to improve the natural environment. also the very reasonably priced breakfast which was varied and delicious.

the room cleaners did a good job but they kept changing my towels daily even though I hadn’t indicated a change was necessary with the brown card.

The hotel was so modern and clean, can’t fault the staff or the food at breakfast.

I booked a room with a bath but unfortunately the bath plug didn’t hold the water in so that was disappointing as it’s a nice luxury to have when you are exhausted from travelling. But I didn’t want to complain as everything else about the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping staff came in everyday. I will definitely be back!

Location was amazing, just 250-300m from the train station. Room was spacious, good facilities. Serving breakfast at the table was a nice touch. Very close to shops and restaurants. Very happy with my stay at Best Western hotel Pordenone.

Electronics outside the room door were a lil outdated, had to try 4-5 times to open the door. Also the toilets could have few more basic amenities.

Convenient location, easy walk to centre of town. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Always on hand. Lovely choice of delicious food for breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

Bar Rarely open. Finding the right combination for the room lights! Couldn't get tv channels to load.

Breakfast was amazing and great selection of food options to suit everyone. The location was great right beside train station and close to a variety of bars/ restaurants. Staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help.

Maybe some milk in the bedrooms for the tea/ coffee making facilities.

I like the cleanliness of the room and facilities, very comfortable space and modern layout

The TV has many language preferences. It’s located in great place and central to everything (train station, bus centre and town centre, etc)

The staff was incredible. From the housekeeper to the staff in the breakfast room/bar area and the front desk. They were amazing. They made us feel so welcome!

The only negative feedback we have is about the noisy pipes that would create loud noises at all hours of the night and wake us up. Also, the floors are thin and we could hear the noisy shoes of the guest in the room above us.

I have to mention that there are not too many options in this city for a 4* hotel! Therefore, I am glad to find here this hotel chain, that provides honest 4* standards. In general, everything is fine, good rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, parking facility, etc. In conclusion we will definitely return here!

The only annoying thing was the TV, hard to use it, or maybe ours did not work.

Perfect location close to the plaza. Beautiful balcony view and customer service was excellent.

On day 3, couple with crying baby across the hall; on day 4, lady banging next door on walls and whoo-hooing at awful times of the night. Thin walls. VERY thin walls. Shower had no floor grip and my sister slipped into the shower.

Great ocation, 2 minutes from the Centre. The staff were all very fiendly and helpful, our room was upgraded which was a nice bonus. Very comfortable room, spacious, great shower. The breakfast had loads of choice and was very nice.
