We could have a really thrilling experience to stay inside a really cozy tiny commune on the sand-rocks hilltop ! Dinner in a highly recommended ristorante was also very nice and memorable as the last night dinner in the Italy travel in this time ! Lightings backgrounded to us in the early morning (that we need checked ou t on 5:00AM to walk to specific parking lot and drive to Rome Fi Airport to board 10:40AM departure to Helsinki, FINLAND then to Incheon, KOREA.) was amazingly sunrise redish !

It's a once in a lifetime experience. Great stay in a medical town, accommodation is priced great with all facilities and as an engineer I appreciated the way the house is restored and functioning. Good internet, we were able to work here.

I could not reach the host on the day of the accommodation. He replied to the earlier messages helping us understand the process of ztl and parking. We actually wanted to extend our stay and couldn't connect. Also there was a very bad storm when we arrived. The roof was dripping a bit, something to fix in the long term.

Top location, very well decorated and equipped. We visited Civitta di Bagnoregio and decided to stay over night, so even if we were so close to the check in deadline, host was incredibly helpfull and understanding. Fast online check in, code provided for entering, all the details concerning parking at a great rate for the day given. Had a minor issue during our stay, but the host took care of it very kindly. Be pacient if you do not receive an answer ASAP, the internet coverage can be tricky.

It is impossible to list everything we loved about this property and Civita. We LOVED every moment. The location, design, ambience, character, smells. It was all perfection. The fireplace on the cold evening made the whole place just perfection. Note: In old historical towns such as this you need to park your car outside of the historical center so make sure you communicate with the owner about where and how to manage this before arrival.

The opening of the front door is done over the phone and the connection to internet is poor here so it can make the getting in a little bit tricky. I also wonder what would happen if you lost your phone.

Well renovated apartment in a Medieval palazzo in a remarkable little town like no other. We walked around the virtually empty village in the rain that night and truly felt transported to another time!

Nothing, though the bridge could be a little daunting to anyone unsteady or afraid of heights. My understanding is that the bridge is packed both directions during tourist season so we were so thankful that we were there when we were

It's situated inside the little village on the top of the mountain. So there are no cars in the village and you can't get here by car. The host sends information how to get to the nearest parking, several steps from the bridge to the village. It's a very beautiful place to stay - the village is very small and peaceful, it has fantastic perspective around. The house is ancient though has anything needed for comfort. The room was cosy, it had two windows with different views. Staying there you can enjoy with night walks in three village streets, little restaurants and scenic views

I had excellent communication before our visit regarding where to have dinner, breakfast and parking.  We were not familiar with ZTL zones, but eventually worked out to park just off to the left of the avenue of trees where the café is at the Belvedere over the bridge.  There is only one parking machine that does €5/night tickets.  Unfortunately we had a problem with the room allocated to us, but after a couple of messages this was quickly resolved by the host and we were very grateful for the change.  The room was fabulous,  warm, snuggly towels, comfortable bed, great views and so quiet.  It really is a unique room in a unique place.  It's a little tricky to get there, but really worth the effort.

Well, the bridge is fairly steep, but as the host suggested, take the minimum needed for your stay.

Amazing place to stay!!! Room had so much character. Little fridge and fan in room. Very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the view from our room. Very very quiet! Completely online check in, we didn't have internet as we were travelling but I saved the outside pin code to the front door and got in no problems. Then we could connect to the WiFi. Loved our stay here so much! Would definitely recommend!

Not the accommodation but just be aware that it is a steep walk up the bridge to get there so wouldn't recommend luggage.

Excellent location right in the heart of the town and historic nature of the town and the building. We had lovely country views. We didn’t meet any staff so can’t comment on that. Had to navigate getting in with the code which took a little while since we are not tech savvy. Loved the historic village.

Difficult to get to since you had to carry all your luggage, but we knew that, and understand the importance of keeping the historic city charm, so just carried backpacks. Could have had more specific info on the parking situation.

The check-in is totally automated which I don't normally like, however it worked just fine. There are two keypads by the door, use the left one. The room was very nice with very good attention to detail. Cool old fashion electrical cabling, sockets, and switches. Excellent water pressure. Very comfortable bed.

With no fault to the hotel the walk to and from the parking is tough will full motorcycle gear (wearing warm gear and carrying luggage and helmet). The uphill both ways is very steep.
