So glad with the choice of property. This was a one-bedroom flat in the old town, which was totally independent - with its own entrance, just located on the street and no common areas. It was equipped with everything you’d need and the small details were perfectly done - like providing slippers and bath robes to make the stay extra comfortable. Clean, well-designed and well-equipped property. In terms of location it was exactly what I was looking for - super close to everything so it allowed to pop in and out through the day, without creating hassle at all. Very happy with the price too. Can’t fault this in any way. Would stay again.

We loved the family atmosphere at this old historic residence with the grandmother sitting outside and the family members inhabiting the same building. It felt safe and welcoming. The room was not large but was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was served at the family café downstairs and supper was available around the corner. The location was perfect, as it was steps from the basilica and waterfront.

This is a whole apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen and a big common space with sofa, table, coffee machine. Each bedroom has own shower/toilet. It is right in front of Basilica of Saint Nicholas in the Old city. The owners are amazing, welcoming, nice. They have restaurant downstairs with great food (sea food). There is also a small bakery with fantastic sweets for the morning downstairs. The feeling of the place is fantastic – old building with lovely stone stairs. There is a big parking lot very close - the old town is only allowed to pedestrians. the parking is Zone D - 1 euro per hour excluding Sunday. Payment is through mashines on the parking. You incert money (exact amount) for 15 minutes (25 cents) to the maximum stay and you receive a ticket to be put in the car.

The location is excellent, in the historic center just a few steps from Basilica San Nicola but at the same time, it was in a back street that was very quiet. Very nice, obviously newly (and beautifully) refurbished in an ancient house, clean.

It would be nice to have some more equipment - there is a coffee maker but not everyone drinks just coffee. A kettle for making tea would be nice, as would be some chest of drawers. Still, these are details and overall, we were really happy with the accommodation.

The location is absolutely perfect. Perfect for big family with 3 bedrooms and a living area conecting them each with private bath. Up to 9 people capacity (room of 4, room of 3, room of 2). The owners close to the guest needs. Cleaning personal promt and discreet. The down staire restaurant , orecchietteria san nicola above expactation for breackfast lunch and diner. Everithing was absolutely perfect for our 5 days say. We war 5 adults and 2 cildrens

Location in Old Town was perfect; along one of the liveliest streets and local shops around. Also, in a few metres, you can reach the Lungomare. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Very reachable. The place was very clean, quiet. Very ideal for solo travellers and couples. The room was very comfortable, cleaned and change of towels every day. Felt very safe throughout the stay.

Loved the historical building the accommodation was in. Very authentic and atmospheric. Room was small but functional with window on to the adjoining alley. Felt right in the heart of Bari. Very convenient location if arriving from Dubrovnik by ferry.

Would be great if a kettle could be provided. I couldn't work out the coffee machine😥No instructions provided.

We only stayed one night arriving about 9.00pm. I had arranged an airport pick up which worked perfectly as well as a return trip next day to the airport to pick up a hire car. The Residence is just inside the city walls and the nearby cafe and little restaurant provided an evening meal and breakfast. The rooms are well placed for exploring the old city which we did the following morning while our luggage was kept safe for us. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

Slightly disconcerting that our bedroom opened straight off the little street and there was very little natural light. It was fine for one night but maybe not for more. I think other rooms are probably available.

It was a perfect choice both concerning the location and the beautiful building itself. The accommodation is located in the Old City very close to the ancient wall by the San Nicola Cathedral. The location is perfect for reaching everything in he old city. The keys can be picked up at the San Nicola bar located on the corner of the street. The breakfast was served in the bar, the typical Italian cornetto (croissant), orange juice and delicious coffee. The bar also serves food, both lunch and dinner. The owners were very helpful. It was a surprise for me that the (locked) rooms are located in one big common space. The common area has a big sofa, a table and 6 chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The location was great in the center of the old town, very close to the attractions, the room and bed was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It is about 15-20mins easy walk from the Bari train station.
