Very good and spacious room with enjoyable bathroom. Great view at the lake. I was positively surprised and enjoyed my stay. Especially loved the full hotel breakfast and not just coffee. If I come back to Lake Como, will enjoy staying at this hotel again.

Would have loved if TV had Netflix or YouTube option since ordinary channels are 99% in Italian.

The location is amazing!! We loved this hotel. Very welcoming, great location and the lake view room was super spacious and clean. We would highly recommend.

If I had to nip pick, the pool didnt look ever so clean so didnt take a dip as first thought. It would also have been great especially knowing it was our honeymoon for them to offer to help with booking a boat trip as other than eating and walking there is very little to do there, when we arrived some months after booking, every boat trip was fully booked. This would just be a nice added extra but certainly not a complaint.

I would highly recommend booking a lake view room, the view is absolutely beautiful. The shutters on the windows make the room very dark for a good nights sleep. We would hear live music from the restaurant over the road at night which we enjoyed listening to when in the room, it wasn't loud enough to disturb us once we wanted to sleep and had the shutters down. Excellent location to the ferry port and to explore Bellagio. The breakfast was really good, with great staff staff constantly refreshing and replacing items.

The wifi was hardly usable, very slow and kept disconnecting.

We booked the superior room with a view and wow, what a view! This hotel is right in the Main Street. Having the terrace off the room was amazing however it isn’t very private haha. It was great to people watch from our room and have drinks before dinner. It’s a bit loud through the night if you have the window open which is likely if the AC is not on during your visit (check with hotel because Italy is particular). Overall it was a comfortable stay so if you like to be around the buzz and have amazing views it’s a great option!

I liked everything about the property! We had six nights in the hotel and loved every moment. We had a lake view room with a balcony and the scenery was just magnificent. Bellagio has such a lovely atmosphere and the weather was sunny. It was a perfect starting point for sightseeing around the lake as well as providing a great home base. All the restaurants were within easy walking distance and most evenings we started with a drink at one of the lakeside bars.

Obviously the location of the hotel is one of the main attractions and close proximity to the imbarcadero. The room was more than adequate and stylish. The breakfast was of good quality with limited hot choice. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

I think that access to the hotel is somewhat difficult being facing the lake. Drivers should take note not to stray into restricted areas and inform the management of their licence plate otherwise a fine could occur. Parking generally is very difficult with limited spaces. The parking machine erratic and costly, be armed with plenty of coins, it has great difficulty in accepting any kinds of cards.

A tale of two hotels: on a recent stay I had two rooms. The superior room was incredible - spacious, clear, view of the lake - truly lovely. The second room, a standard, was... standard. Very clean, but small and no view. If you can, I would spend the extra for the superior room. The hotel itself is lovely, from a bygone age. It's not a 4 star - the breakfast is fine but not the best I've ever had (they have fixed the coffee machine mentioned in other reviews), and there is no kettle in the room. But the location can't be beat, the staff is very friendly, and we even enjoyed the lovely (small) pool. I'd stay there again.

Hard to say - on par for a three star hotel. As mentioned in other reviews, I could hear the musical entertainment at night, but it didn't bother me. If you're a very light sleeper, maybe this isn't the place for you - but then you would be sacrificing the location.

Very centrally located in Bellagio. Staff were helpful communicating with us prior to our arrival in our mini van. Breakfast was good. The highlight was the balcony and view from our room.

The lift is a bit small. Realise that parking in Bellagio requires a bit of effort to find a spot.
