Beautiful location! Quiet, away from the main strip. Clean, pleasant. Exactly what i expected on a budget in Bellagio.

Thankfully it wasn’t insanely hot, but I specifically booked a room with air conditioning because it could’ve been. What was not advertised was the big sign in the room saying air con is bad for the world and will cost you an extra 10$ a day. Would’ve been better received if I’d known that up front, and without the agenda. Also didn’t appreciate the sign saying I’ll be charged for new sheets if my period does what periods sometimes do. None of it is particularly unreasonable, though one might call it the cost of doing business, but the delivery of such info left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very clean and well decorated

Although the location was stunning, without a car there were 150 steps to climb there and back to get to any restaurant or boats.

The room and the bathroom was very clean. The location wasn't in the center of Bellagio, but for us it was ok, because: 1. After dinner you can walk. 2. It wasn't noisy. The location in very calm and nice place. I can't say anything about breakfast (we didn't took it)

Bad soundproofing. I could clearly hear what was going on in the next room.

Comfortable, great view of the lake, we liked it wasnt in the business of the the main town, and it was a comfortable 15min walk into town.

A tad small, you had to step over luggage if you had a hardcase suitcase fully open. First time paying for Air Con, but i guess its no different to paying that extra amount in your night stay, which I think would be preferred. Just add that additional cost to the room stay, so there is less friction points of feeling like you have to pay more for basic facilities. Only accomm on our trip out of 13 that wanted this.

We had a lovely room with a balcony which had an amazing view of the lake. While we didn't have any airconditioning, it was very comfortable as it was cool in the evening with the breeze from the lake and balcony was east facing. It was in a lovely location only 10-15 minutes walk from the main town. The best part of this place was the lovely balcony with the beautiful view of the lake. We loved our stay here. Would recommend.

It was a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay here. Whilst it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the main town, which is easy without luggage, we would suggest if you have luggage, to arrange a transfer/taxi from the town to the accommodation as it is a difficult walk uphill!

There was parking available, which was useful in the night. The room was good, it was clean and the shower was fine. Belagio is a beautiful town and you can spend easily a few days. We rented a boat to explore the lake.

The room walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbours talking or their tv. In the morning people left very early causing noise.

The host was a very nice lady and their team works so well together to thoroughly clean and prepare for the guests. The place is beautiful with a scenic garden. Clean and bright room and decently sized.

This hotel is a long way from the center its about a 25 minute walk or climb rather from the ferry station at bellagio. It also sits on a road that ends so to get there one has to go all the way around the corner then down the street or take a very steep shortcut which is peddle stone path so can't do with luggage. Lastly, the rooms are not sound proof whatsoever, anyone passing in the hallway or talking in their room is heard through the other rooms.

Great, quiet location near the beautiful secluded waterfront. Charming property with outdoor area. The breakfast was delicious and perfect start to early mornings.

Showers are a little tight on space but totally normal for older, European buildings (good hot water and water pressure though). Walls were a little thin but also we may have been the loud ones on property 😬

This is a nice hotel in a nice area. Cleanliness is exceptional. We asked for ice and cutlery a couple times and I can happily say that we always received it. I cannot recommend enough to pay extra for the view, as it was stunning every time.

You should expect to walk a lot up the hills if not coming by the car, but that is not really a hotels problem (we did not expect that).
