Loved the peaceful location as our base to explore the Belluno Dolomites. Beautiful views, a lovely vibe, comfortable bed & good shower. The complimentary breakfast was great & abundant with options. Marina was a very kind & attentive host, helping whenever needed. Thank you, Marina, for all the restaurant recommendations & the clear directions for arriving to the property. It was unfortunate that we didn't have access to WiFi for the whole duration of our stay (4× nights). It's one of the things I look for before booking. Marina was very apologetic about the situation.

The room is generous in size and shows a recent renovation. The bathroom is also pretty big and with modern standards. Plenty of parking possibilities. Rooms are available both on ground floor and on upper floor, the former is recommended if you have heavy baggage because there's no lift.

There's no Wi-Fi. Although there's plenty of space for parking, this has to be done in specific places to avoid upsetting neighbours.

Charming “Farm stay” outside Belluno. We did it without a car, but having a vehicle would be much more convenient. Loved spending the evening with views of the mountains, meadow and goats. Marina was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Better outdoor space for guests would be nice - with awning or umbrellas for late day sun.

after 8 nights in North Italy, this one is the best!! pleasent and nice place, beautifull view, big, clean and beautifull room! and the owners are very nice and pleasant people!!! in a place like this, you will probbably meet very nice other guests...

Nice and cozy apartment house on the hills with fantastic view and beautiful garden. The owners were nice and helpful, the breakfast was typical Italian breakfast. I saw a deer and a rabbit on the fields while I was sipping my morning cafe on the porch.

Mosquito nests on the windows would be useful so the windows could be left open at night.

Wonderful location, surrounded by green and mountains. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast is rich with croissants, ham, cheese, yogurts, marmalade and good coffee. Definitely would come back! Thanks for your hospitality!

The property is very clean, beautiful and well designed and decorated. The owner is extremely helpful and very kind and takes extra steps to make sure all guests are welcomed and comfortable. Stay here specifically if you have a car. Our breakfast was amazing.

The guesthouse was so peaceful in a semi-rural location but still not far from town. The staff were super accommodating when I arrived a bit early after my hike finished sooner than expected. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice. The property was a stunning mid-19th century building with so much character. Amazing view from my bedroom window.

Great location near Belluno. Wonderfully converted old farmhouse with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, clean, quiet, run by a very nice and friendly family. I'm planning to come back next summer.

We liked everything. The property is a beautiful house of XIX century, 7 minutes by car from the city center, the views are marvelous and Antonio was very kind and helpful. we enjoyed staying there very much.
