On arrival, a warm welcome by Cinzia and Alberto where we were immediately offered a coffee. We had booked the suite with balcony which was beyond our expectations. Very clean and a bathroom to die for. Breakfast very good, fresh pastries every day (muffin, croissant, cake) , fresh pancakes, yoghurt with fruit, juice, ... not to mention delicious coffee. Cinzia does her best to inform you with tourist tips, restaurants, walks. Nearby you can go cycling (we had the MTB with us which you can safely lock in garage) and challenging walks in Natural Parc Bellunesi but also to réfuges ... (You do need the car, don't leave from the B&B). Want to swim, the beautiful Lake Val di Mis is a 12 km from the B&B. We more than recommend the B&B in a slightly quieter and less touristy place in the Dolomites.

Nothing but if I do have to mention something.... a place where waste (plastic, glass, food) can be thrown away is a recommendation

This location looked amazing on the website and we were excited about our stay - especially after a day sight-seeing in Venice. However, we were completely blown away at just how perfect an overnight location it was. The family run home is now a family business, on the original site. Beautifully renovated incorporating the traditional building with a modern look - father Alberto and his architect daughter have created an perfect retreat in the foothills of the Dolomites and along Cinzia our host we were made feel very much at home. The village is so peaceful, with a 12pm checkout we sat and enjoyed our Sunday morning coffee on the veranda, only disturbed by the sound of nature and the church bells. Only opened in November, this will very soon have a booked out calendar and a 10/10 rating. As for the Spa - WOW! Belluno is just a few minutes away with so many great eating places.

Brand New and very well decorated b&b. Spacious room. Most beutiful place, nice host, and stunning views. One of the Best places i stayed during my travels iand over 100 stays at hotels b&b, agroturismos, etc on 6 continents since the year 2016.. bicycles rental too. Own energy production and many solar panels.

Wow, wow, wow! This place just outside Belluno was outstanding! New, super clean, modern conveniences, beautiful atmosphere, and a good breakfast. Our one night here was the most luxurious of our two week trip.

Even though this B&B is in a peaceful, rural area, there is a bar up the street which happened to have a loud party going on until very late. Certainly not the fault of our hosts, but the noise from the bar party kept us from sleeping until much later than we would have liked.

The room was beautiful and had a huge shower. Loved that it had gated parking. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast!

It was my fault for not reading that in August with 94 degree/34c that this beautiful place didn’t have air conditioning. They provide a fan but it only circulated hot air. Was not their fault but mine for not reading that aircon was not mentioned. Otherwise this place is perfect.

Hospitable hosts, excellent service - you can get great recommendations as for dinner options etc. the building is beautifully designed with attention to every single detail. Our room had stunning view on the mountains. If we will be passing by next time for sure we would like to spend another day in this lovely place and would try saunas and whirlpool - they looked like of a top quality!

This B&B was perfect, I couldn’t rate it high enough! The facilities were excellent, room was modern with amazing views, owners were extremely friendly and helpful with planning day trips. If I’m lucky enough to return to Belluno, I will definitely be staying here again!

We would rate this place with 11 if we could. Host was very kind and helpfull, rooms with nice view to the Alps and beautiful furnishing. For breakfast we got mini panckes, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast with a lot a kindness. It is located in a small village so its very quite place.

Amazing new large and comfortable rooms! Beautiful mountain view, the hosts are extremely nice, highly recommended!
