Incredible location, walkable distance to everything, Patritzia was very accommodating and communicative. The room was clean and large, the bathroom was super clean and the snack/coffee options were great for a quick break/breakfast. The location is close to all the best eateries and sights. I can recommend getting the panini at de Miro, the salted pistachio gelato at San Stefano Cremeria and the pasta at Osteria Dell 'Orsa! We were also allowed to leave our bags or a little while after checkout, so that we could get some breakfast at a cafe before leaving. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Patritzia and thank you for the snacks! :)

The blue light in the room, it would have been nice with normal light :) Other than that everything was perfect!

The apartment complex was conveniently located on one of the main streets leading to the centre of Bologna, only a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was clean, large enough for 2 people, and had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen area was supplied with tea, coffee and some pastries. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Patrizia, the host, was available at all hours via WhatsApp and she stayed in close contact ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay in Bologna aswell as being incredible value for money!

Such lovely, helpful people running the place - went way above and beyond expectations. The property literally couldn't be located in a better place, so quiet, but two minutes' walk from Bologna's beautiful surroundings.

They do need to sort a small issue with the WiFi (it's on one side of the apartment so essentially doesn't work on the other due to thick walls, but can be resolved) and a slight damp smell in the shared bathroom, but their friendliness,, kindness, and assistance in all sorts more than made up for these tiny issues.

I loved everything about or stay. Patrizia at check-in was kind, friendly, welcoming and made local recommendations. Our room, Verde, was a spacious chamber with high ceilings and private bathroom. It was spacious and quiet.

The place was nice and clean and it felt like it’s exactly what we needed. Its well taken care of. Feels like thought was given to the little things that makes a guest feel comfortable. The best thing was the communication with our host, Patrizia, who was very cooperative and informative. We had a problem getting to the airport and Patrizia so kindly took us there. Thank you so much Patrizia.

Very good location, easy check-in, very clean, big space, lots of coffee pods :), snacks, good guides to the city, restaurant indications... Too bad I stayed only one night.

There is another room in the house, and the bathroom is shared. I didn´t realize that at the reservation moment.

Everything was excellent. We are thankful for Patricia’s wonderful hospitality. We were able to check in after 12pm and she let us store the luggage for the day too. Will be back for sure.

The location is perfect, in the very center of town, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's also free espressos which was a good plus.

Because the room was very spacious and the days were very cold we sometimes thought the room was a little bit too cold, as in the heaters weren't enough to warm the room.

Only one moment which make my journey very hard - early check out and no possibility to left luggage. I walk under the rain at winter 2 km to drop bag for 10 euro
