I liked the breakfast, both the service and the variety. Very warm personnel. Little attentive details made it feel cosy and classy. Location is good in terms of reaching anywhere in the central town. The hotel itself was really quiet. This was my 3rd hotel in the same trip, I felt warm in only this one, really appreciated.

The only downside would be, I felt a slight insecurity at the entrance of the street. But I didn't encounter any negative issue during my stay. And also the hotel is really close to the square, which is crowded and safe. There were some noises from the street, but I managed to sleep anyway.

The hotels offers a superb breakfast, a really good selection of cereals, grains, yogurts, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses alongside delicious bakery goods and a cooked breakfast. The hotel obviously pay a lot of attention to the selection of their coffee beans and the result is really good coffee. Breakfast is a definite highlight. And at all other times the staff are super helpful and if you need restaurant suggestions (there are many hundreds in Bologna !) are happy to recommend and book for you.

The shower in our room was rather small but worked fine.

The hotel is good located, quick access to all significant places of the city. Good organised rooms, comfortable bed and bedclothes, big mirrors on the cupboard, bathroom is equipped with all necessities and we were also pleased with the amount of sockets. Very good and rich breakfast. The staff is very responsive, very kind and personal attention to the guests

Good location, close to the city center. Great breakfast and really kind and helpful staff. Small and charming :) Really kind gesture was welcoming us by the hand written welcome card and small basket of fresh fruits :)

Overall really good, one thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the carpet.

Room was very large and clean with a top bathroom - the staff was exceptional and really willing to help - the location close to the city center is very easy

The hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The staff was amiable and welcoming; the room was too cozy, wonderful, and clean. The location was fantastic; walking around the center lets you see many things.

Good rooms and location was great - access to the centre of the city was quick and easy. The breakfast and the staff were all attentive and helpful

there were no coffee making facilities in the room. Also you need to be prepared for the loud partying that happens in Piazza Verdi every night!

Huge well appointed room. Very clean and exceptionally comfortable. Staff were amazing - just couldn't do enough. Breakfast was superb.

The street to the nearby square attracted not the most salubrious people at times.

Small hotel in the heart of the University district, close to the Opera Theater and the old city attractions. Cosy and comfortable with a kind and very professional staff. Very clean with a very good breakfast. Great stay.
