The place is very cozy and the personal is amazing; being very helpful to us along the way. The room exceeded our expectations. and i really liked the bad, it was comfortable. The breakfast is nice, with a variety of pastry and different authentic Italian appetizers. The apartment is very close to the Bologna Centrale (which is the main train station); this can help you with the transport from airport to the city. Also; if you want to visit other cities is pretty close. One important aspect, from the apartment to the City Center is just a 15 minute walk

I don't have anything to complain about the stay; maybe on the morning if you are not very sociable it would be a problem for you, but for us it was PERFECT

Loved the comfort of bed, two pillows, and could easily prop against bed ledge. Accessible and well thought out room with safe PowerPoints. Plenty of space in bathroom and bedroom. We had the separate bathroom, eg where you leave the room, walk into passage a couple of steps and enter bathroom, and this was fine for myself as a female in my 60’s and niece in mid 30’s

Just initially locating. Just know Glovo is a fast food delivery company and it is to the right of this. I want sure what Glovo was. You need to put in directions to tge gallery but if this doesn’t work for you in google maps use Apple Maps

Very nice concept, somehow looks like a premium hostel, but you have your own full privacy defo (a room with private toilet), so it is rather an accommodation between the hotel and a hostel. The beds are very comfortable, the lady from the reception is helpful (assistance for the check in and scheduling a transport for 4am). The whole accommodation is very warm, nice, immaculately clean, I will be more than happy to book it again. The location is very close to the Bologna Centrale, and just 15 minutes walk far from Piazza Maggiore.

Basic but delicious breakfast (especially home-made freshly baked cakes). Coffee and tea were always available. Good location (close to the Central station and in walking distance from the city center) and friendly staff. Make sure you have provided your Whatsapp number to the host and one day before arrival they will share with you a video about self check-in. Overall, good value for money.

The towels, bed sheets and bathroom were clean, however the room itself could have been just a bit cleaner.

The owner is very kind like a mother, my flight is delayed, arrive hotel around 21:30, she came to hotel help me check in. I go outside for food, But it is too late and restaurant we're closed. Then I go back to hotel, eat a bread, yogurt and fruit, But the owner did't charge me money, said small thing. The room is very clean and location is near the train station. I am supprise that owner Did all breakfast by herself, very delicious cakes. The next day I check out, and keep my luggage at the hotel reception for free, the owner give me another key to come back take my luggage by myself. Highly recommend!

Everything is good

The hostess, Elizabeth, was just the sweetest lady. She made us feel very comfortable and prepared fresh, delicious breakfasts every morning! The room was a nice size, she made sure that there was a cot for our little one, and it was cleaned every day. The place is very close to the main station and just a small walk to the city centre. There are also some nice cafes just close by. We would definitely stay there again!

The walls are quite thin but I think that that's standard for Italy. :) Otherwise, nothing else! Everything was perfect!

Love the decor, the amenities, the cleanliness and above everything the breakfast! Self checking in seems a bit complicated, but the host sent us detailed instructions and was kind enough to send her daughter over to help out even on a Sunday night.

Not really about the property. Its being close to the train station suites our plans well. But people who want to be close by the old town centre should note that there’s a 15-20 minutes walk between this property and the old town centre.

Nice accommodation and staff. Very accommodating and helpful with a lovely breakfast spread every morning. We were also able to leave our luggage in storage post check out.

We had our own private bathroom but it was external access which involved facing onto the main corridor and reception area. This was highlighted in the booking but was an oversight by me. Worth knowing though as it is quite an open area albeit very clean, large and not available for other peoples usage.

Very convenient for a short stay in Bologna. Just 5 mins walk to the train station. The area is a little dicey, like around most main stations, but it was safe enough. It’s an easy walk into central Bologna. Finding the hotel was a bit confusing but the owner was waiting outside - clearer instructions or a photo of the entrance would be good. Rooms were very comfortable. Great bed. Blackout shutters worked very well so we slept so well. Breakfast was very nice. It is simple but it is included so good value. The owner made great cappuccinos and then it was self service juice, yoghurt, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants and a selection of homemade baked goods such as tart, brownie and cakes. Everything was very nice but we would prefer more savoury baked options such as quiche. I would stay again and recommend to anyone arriving and leaving Bologna on the train for a short visit. For a long visit being more central may be worthwhile.

It was very clean with good bed and bedding. The breakfast was exceptional selection of sweet and savoury food from the local cuisine. It’s close to the railway station. We walked there in 4 minutes. You are likely to encounter fewer tourists at the local restaurants. Independence street is nearby if you like shopping and active night life.

There is a small amount of noise from the trains if you’re a light sleeper. It’s like a small hotel room with breakfast just outside your door.
