I recently stayed at the Palace Hotel Zingonia and had a pleasant experience. This hotel offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay, always available to assist with any requests. The room itself was comfortable, with a modern, spacious bathroom and a bed that provided a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the small but well-equipped gym, perfect for getting in a workout without leaving the hotel. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh, high-quality products and excellent coffee straight from the machine. Additionally, the hotel offers a spacious, free parking lot, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Palace Hotel Zingonia. It’s a great option with friendly service and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room, but the staff quickly provided one upon request, which was much appreciated.

The hotel has had a lot of investment in it, the standard was very high which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived but got busier towards the evening. Its a hotel that ideally situated to support the local businesses as its on the edge of a very busy logistics area.

The hotel is of high calibre in terms of furnishings etc but lacked atmosphere, it was a more transient style of hotel than guests coming to stay to visit the area for leisure. We hadn't picked up on that when booking.

We slept there as a family of 4 + grandma after a late night flight to Bergamo. The hotel feels brand new, the room was large and spotlessly clean. Staff was very professional and friendly, with 24h check-in.

Breakfast was only until 9.30. I understand the hotel target is more business than family oriented but we had to skip the included breakfast because we arrived very late at night and couldn't wake up on time. On the flipside, they didn't ask us to pay extra despite the late checkout.

the shower didn’t have a door so you have to place several towels so there is not a flood. in may, you cannot use the air conditioning so you have to leave the balcony door open and there was noise from the street (car, trucks etc)

Modern rooms, great and very helpful staff, everything was clean, fair prices for the hotel bar, taxi service to the train station

If you are dependent on public transportation, the location is a 30 min walk from the next train station, where the train will bring you in approx. 40min to Milano central station. The location is a bit offside but at our visit the staff did their best and could always organize a fair taxi (10€/to or from the train station.

This hotel was midway between our business and the airport, so the location was great. Easy to reach and find. Clean and comfy. Staff are friendly.

Wi-Fi in upper rooms at the end of the passage is dodgy. I had to ask them to change my room, but they were very happy to oblige.

Fast reception. Big choice of delicious, fresh breakfast with a lot of variety and local specialities, sweets AND Nutella :) Comfy and big room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located on the main street and easily accessible . The parking is available and free. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good.

A bit far from city and difficult for the travelers to go around if they don't have own car.

Mrs Clara at the front desk was amazing. She found me a taxi all the way to Lake Como, where the views were amazing! She was very nice, friendly, professional, also aware how to speak English which was a plus. She was very accommodating !

The room, the kind and helpful staff, the restaurant, the breakfast; but mainly, and I want to point it out, the exceptional bed comfort, very rare to find to such level!

Travelling by car, it's not a problem, but if not, the location is a little bit in the middle of nowhere: 24 Kms far from the heart of Bergamo citta bassa.
