Breakfast was out of this world! So we’re the grounds, the pool, the rental bikes, all in all a wonderful experience. All the staff were super nice!

The restaurant on site, very fancy and pricey, served me one of the worst dinners I’ve ever had. Inexplicable, because this was the same facility that served such a superb breakfast. 🤷‍♂️ Also, there was a problem with the wiring in the room. It was very low current, taking over twice as long to charge my portable electronic devices as usual. This was complicated by the fact the outlets were on the same circuit as the lights; since you had to insert your room key card into a slot to turn the lights on, when you would leave the room and take your key card with you, not only did it shut off the lights, but ALL the electricity in the room, so any devices you may have left plugged in to charge would not.

The hotel is excellent, great location a 5 minute walk from the train station.Just on the edge of old town. The rooms are clean, very comfort , light and the hotel retains its art nouveau style , throughout the hotel. We had a view of the Alps. and stayed in room 514. Amazing orginal lift. The breakfast has a large variety, fresh scrambled eggs made to order and espresso coffee.A beautiful garden to sit in and wander thru. The restaurant has excellent seasonal produce and local wines. The staff are very professional. We greatly appreciated the assistance of Alessandra at reception, who arranged a wine tasting for us.We were unable to get to the orginal winery we had wanted to visit during our stay. Alessandra suggested another one but she worked on getting us to the orginal winery by contacting the winery and successful getting us a tasting of the wines and a walk with the owner through the vineyard. This is our second time staying at the Park Laurin and highly recommend.

Nothing.

stayed many times at Laurin, and we appreciate the dated rooms that are being kept at a very good condition. The park is just super classy and we love the pool as it feels like back in the 50s. Breakfast on the terrasse is just outstanding. The hotel is pretty pricey, but Bolzano is not cheap hotel-wise.

the furnishing in the park should be kept at better condition. Dirty at times. The carpets in the room is clean I guess, but it has lots of stains and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on it.

More central you couldn’t find. Gorgeous old hotel where the owner obviously respects the tradition yet maintains and upgrades all with a the most elegant style and respect for the environment. I felt that the food was very high quality and I found choices important to me - ORGANIC wholesome food mostly. Hope they move even further in this direction! The rooms were so tastefully decorated, adhering to an elegance of past times (Viennese?) wonderful, SPECIAL place and the staff really seemed to care!!

Would like more choices of organic food and wine. Usually people don’t want to pay the extra but I think there are plenty of us out there that do!

Excellent location a few hundred meters from train station and 3 blocks from the main square. Lovely Park garden on grounds was in full bloom, and offered a great respite. The small convivial bar is complete with leather chairs and is a great place to relax. There is even a smoking lounge off the bar with a cigar selection (if that is your fancy.j Great breakfast spread.

Summer prices at the Laurin can run high. But this is a place that I love coming back to, and I consider it worth the cost,

Unbeatable location (when arriving my train). View of the mountains from our room, lovely furnishings in main areas (standing clocks on each floor, spiffy old elevator with bench) The room was fine, if nothing special, but the breakfast buffet was outstanding: varied, extensive, and posh with all the highly attentive wait-staff.

We would return here if it were not for the price. It is more than we would normally pay. So this was a one-time luxury stay for us. A 3* hotel we just stayed at in Innsbruck cost ½ as much and was just as nice (for our needs).

The hotel is magnificent and the location is the best possible. An early 20th century palace with the highest quality accommodations. We booked a superior queen room and they gave us a suite junior: the room was bigger than our own apartment, with palier, and a separate reading room with balcony to the garden. The bathroom was the most amazing feature, all built in green marble, with a big bathtub. The breakfast is simply gorgeous, abundant, delicious, and elegant, although a bit crowdy. There's a big bar in the first level, where I went to buy something to drink late at night and it seemed to be pretty cool. The location is perfect, only a block away from the main plaza and the historic center, filled with bars, restaurants and shops. There's a parking lot right in front where you get a discount if you come from the hotel. Fair price, very convenient.

I asked the personnel for a place to exchange money and they failed to give me precise instructions... No big problem, just lost a couple of minutes.

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety to suit all tastes and appetites, and good coffee. Good location near the train station and adjacent to the old part of town, just a 12 minute walk to see Otzi (the Ice Man). Very nice staff, helpful and efficient.

I did not feel safe to walk through the park next to the hotel at night. The hotel itself was perfect.

Great location close to the train station and the old town. Loved the design which was reminiscent more of a gallery rather than a hotel. Great pool in the hotel’s own park which also hosts concerts some evenings. Champagne breakfast. Staff was very helpful with precise hiking tips.

Certainly on the pricier side in Bolzano but then this might be the most exclusive place to stay in the town.

The location is ideal just a short walk from the train station and the ambience is classy and comfortable. We particularly liked the bar for pre-dinner cocktails. It is beautiful and elegant and the cocktails are expertly crafted.

We would have preferred a single king mattress rather than two twins put together. Other than that, the room was large, comfortable and quiet with a great view of the garden.
