The room was very clean and comfortable (facing a back court and parking) with a nice view of the old city. We hesitated to take the breakfast but were happy we did take it. It was the best we had during our 2-week trip (a great choice of foods- e.g., boiled eggs, eggs and bacon, yogurt, granola, croissants, bread to toast, jams, various pastries, espresso, tea, juice, etc.). The hostess was very sweet! She insisted on carrying our luggage, lent us an umbrella, helped us with find our way to various places, and was very attentive and patient with guests while preparing food and drinks for breakfast.

We had a room facing the back of the hotel with a nice view of the old town. Breakfast was outstanding (i.e., espresso, juices, pastries, delicious croissants, choice of breads to toast, jams, eggs and bacon was another choice), the hostess was very attentive and sweet, taking care of all the guests requests with grace.

The room was great but the wall by the bed must be thin because I could hear the person next door on their phone quite clearly. Luckily I had ear plugs from the plane which helped.

There were other guests or workers, not sure, talking loudly on the phone until 1-2am. It was very loud, as if they were in our room. We could hear everything the person on the other end of the phone was saying. I’m sure this isn’t always the case.

The room is good enough, and has its own bathroom. It has a certain charm, from a bygone era. The receptionist was extremely helpful when we arrived well past check-in time.

The staff were excellent and couldn't do kore to make us welcome. We upgraded our room to a larger room as the initial room was very small but were happy after the change. Breakfasts were good. Overall a very good and happy stay.

Great location. Pretty lobby. Our room was ok. Floor tiles need repair. The staff was amazing. Great breakfast choices. Would stay again.

Our flight was delayed and we reached the hotel way beyond the checkin time. The staff called to check on us and waited for us. Really appreciative of their kindness.

The door was very difficult to lock and unlock!

The charming woman behind the front desk. It was also comfortable and quiet. Easy street parking.

Everything was fine, we shall return.
