Location is perfect. Beach on the other side of the road . 10min walk to restaurants on the promenade ( definitely recommend "la grotta"), 20min walk to magical old town. If you are coming by car like we did, then 50 min to Monte Carlo via Menton ( no tolls) and if you fancy a bit of peace and quiet then trip up in to the mountains ( around 40 min) is highly recommended. Private parking it's a big plus and if you need anything, drink or a snack, then OK Market is literally opposite the entrance gate. Friday is a market day in Ventimiglia and we do recommend to see that too. Big thanks to Andrea( lady in the reception) . She doesn't speak English, we don't speak Italian or French but there was nothing we couldn't achieve with Google translator :))

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room is a big minus for us.

All positives! One of the few places where the photos don't do it justice. The rooms are small but functional. Excellent and helpful staff, with minor language barriers, but you can still communicate and get assistance when needed. Breakfast with a sea view, typically Italian - don't expect a continental savory breakfast, but the coffee and croissants are excellent! Fantastic location - literally 80 meters from the beach. Restaurants are very close by, and there's a market right across the street. We will definitely return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ventimiglia, Italy, from September 1st to the 3rd to attend a Research Center meeting, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Room: The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed with a nice balcony where I could see the sea. It was spacious, clean, and featured a nice view of the sea. Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel was simple but enough, providing a bit of the Italian culinary. The friendly staff ensured that everything was well-stocked and replaced. Beach: While my trip was primarily for business, I did manage to steal a few moments to enjoy the nearby beach. The hotel was only a few steps away, and the serene Mediterranean setting was the perfect backdrop for relaxation and contemplation.

I honestly can't think of anything negative about my stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

The location is excellent close to beach and restaurants. The hosts Andrea and Angelo are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast on the terrace had an amazing view. Our dog was very welcomed too. The garden was a very nice place for relaxation. Overall exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that slightly bugged us during the stay, is that the Wi-Fi was not exactly working. If you are planing on streaming or downloading during your stay, it will most likely be very slow or not work at all.

It was a last minute booking for us as the Train strike changed our original plans . It’s a 18 minute walk from the train station and close to the beach. We were happy to have access to breakfast on the terrace and the staff kind and very helpful .

Angelo was very accommodating as we arrived later than we intended as all the trains on the West coast of France were delayed on the day. It was very well located 20m from the sea & 300m from Da Mimmo Restaurant true Italian food & great service!

The lovely lady at reception was exceptional. So friendly and helpful and despite her having been at work from 6am she waited at reception until mindnight because our flight was delayed and still greeted us with a smile. The room was lovely, so comfortable and excellent facilities. Parking great and the breakfast was nice!

The receptionist was very helpful, modern room good location for the sea front secure parking for the bike. seeting in the garden in the warm eveing with a drink.

The breakfast chioces where limited. The location is very busy so there is quiet a bit of traffic noise , just a bit over priced
