Booked this on a whim while traveling with a group and it was a treasure. Located right in the middle of Bormio, the location was perfect, right off of the main road but enough to where there was little noise. The exterior was decorated with flowers and looked wonderful. Inside was even better. The lounge downstairs had wood paneling and deep couches and was cozy and welcoming. The front desk staff were on top of everything and so helpful with everything we needed. They had a massive bicycle storage room in the basement that was clean and secure and had everything we needed to store our cases and bikes. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional and the food was fresh and fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bathrooms were large and the showers had great pressure. Had a wonderful time here and hope to return!

Great location for those intending to drive the Stelvio Pass. Friendly welcoming staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. Lift to all floors. The bedroom was of reasonable size and spotlessly clean. No shower but the large spa bath had a shower attachment. Secure underground car park (extra charge) gave my friends and I peace of mind and goodnight sleep. We ate in the restaurant and had a superb meal of venison accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine recommended by the Maitre D. Shall book again for the next visit.

It’s a bit dated, needs refurbishing! Parking is a nightmare for motorcyclists. You have to collect the buzzer from reception to get In and Out, and return it every time. Sharp turn down the shiny driveway is a bit difficult to manage if wet & slippery. At least it’s free parking. Shower over bath was difficult to use if not having a bath.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The building decor is a lovely mix of traditional and new, the rooms and bathrooms were excellent and the shower fantastic. The Breakfast menu is expansive and the diner menu offers something for all tastes. All the food was amazing. We also booked secure car parking under the hotel which was also superb.

Location was pretty central in the town, yet a good (and enjoyable) 10 minute walk to the ski area. That said, the bus stop to take you to the ski area was right in front of the hotel. The staff - both front desk and restaurant - were friendly and professional.

Location great for driving Stelvio Pass. Good facilities. Breakfast was excellent with broad choice. We travelled by car so parking was important. €10 euros to park in their garage as very reasonable

Only issue was a lack of a shower cubicle. There was a spa bath with a hand shower but not easy to use without getting water everywhere in the bathroom

It had to be the staff for us. But the hotel was lovely. Excellent cycling facilities, fantastic location and superb food.

Everything. From the initial welcome to the room and secure underground parking for the bikes, everything was way beyond our expectations! The view from the room balcony was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly/helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with both buffet and hot food options provided. The 3 course evening meal option was also excellent value and prepared to a high standard.
